Supply, installation, testing and commissioning diesel engine driven generating set with acoustic enclosure to control noise level as per the limit of central pollution control board 16KW/20 KVA, 3 Phase 415 Volts, 1500 RPM, 50 c/s, 4 wire and power factor 1.0 complete all as specified and comprising of the following:- (a) Prime mover suitable for driving 16 KV/20KVA alternator with electronic control governor system, battery, water cooled type, adequate BHP Diesel Engine confirming to latest IS/BSS, silencer exhaust pipe extended upto outside of DG set room and fuel tank suitable for minimum running Dg set 12 hours, connecting pipe with gauge level indicator, DG set mounted on MS frame pedestal support with anti-vibration pad rating for continuous running capable of taking 10% overload for one hour in any 12 hrs operation complete taking into consideration of local environmental condition i.e altitude/ temperature etc and complete with standard accessories like starting switch, oil pressure gauge, oil pump gauge and hours meter etc. complete all as per manufacturer's instructions. (b) Alternator : 20 KVA/16 KW at 1.0 PF brushless self-exited, self-regulated, 3 phase 50 HZ, 415 V, 1500RPM, 4 wire screen protected drip proof complete with automatic voltage regulator, output voltage regulated between +/-5% or set voltage from no load to full load. Make of DG set :- Cummins/KOEL/CG (c) Microprocessor based panel board suitable for 16 KW/ 20 KVA, 3 Phase, 415 Volt DG set consisting of the following accessories with necessary wiring:- (i) Hooter- 01 No. (ii) Engine fault meter to detect lub oil temperature and water temperature- 01 No. (iii) LED type indicator lamp- 03 Nos (iv) Push button- 01 Nos (vii) Sliding fuse 6 Amp- 12 (HRC Type) (viii) Overload protection relay range 0-100 Ampa- 01 No. (ix) AC digital multifunction meter for measuring AC current 0-100 Amps, AC voltage 0-500Volts and frequency 0-100 HZ Power factor hours run temperature oil pressure including selector switch 01 set. (x) DC digital multifunction meter for measuring DC current 0-100 Amp amps, DC Voltage 0-500 amps volts with CT 100/5 Amps- 03 Nos -01 set. (xi) Industrial type battery charger suitable for 88 AH 12 volts DC bty-01 No. (xii) DC battery 12 V, 88 AH- 01 Nos. The DG set will install at highly cold hill area, design of the same as per suitable for climatic condition.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below the normal ground level connected to GI Strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron.Earth wire protected by GI pipe 15 mm bore(medium grade) and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 40 cm x 40cm x 5cm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm C/C with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia bar, funnel, wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing, GI strip upto 7.5 mtr to be included in uoted rate complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr depth for pole / cable / foundation etc including getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
