Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centering and shutturing incl. strutting, proping etc and removal of form work for all heights Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar , ladder , railings, bracket s, gates and similar works

6 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Supplying at site Angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. etc. complete.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Providing and fixing Weld Mesh Panels with Thermoplastic Powder Coated Circular Hollow Posts along with fitting accessories-Omega Clamp : SS 304 M8 X 50 Nut bolts ( 02 nos for each omega clamp sets), hermoplastic Coated IP Binder, Fitting Accessories for IP Binder : SS 304 M8 X 35 Nut bolts ( 02 nos for each IP Binder sets), Thermoplastic Coated Straining Y-arm, Thermoplastic Coated Intermediate Y-arm with accessories. Mesh Size should be 76.2 mm X 12.7 mm ( W X H) having Tolerance of + / - 2 mm. Mesh Wire should be Galvanized: Horizontal wire, Dia 4.0 mm (+/- 0.05mm), Vertical wire, Dia 4.0 mm (+/-0.05mm); Tensile Strength of wire: Min 500 N/sq.mm; Specification for wire: IS 280, Galvanizing of wire: 40 - 50 GSM as per IS 4826, (Measurement as per IS 6745), Uniformity of Coating: As per IS 2633. Adhesion test for coating: As per IS 2629 (1985).Punched Tape Concertina Coils to be fitted along the fence with the help of Horizontal R.B.T Wire, Hog Rings, Anchor Rod, Eye Bolt. CC work for footing to be paid seperately.
