The Eligibility requirements mentioned in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM of the product offered in the bid should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a certain number of Financial years before the bid opening date. 2. Past Performance: 10% weightage is given to past performance. The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 10% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 10% of bid quantity for past performance - 15% margin of purchase preference/price band - 25% percentage of total quantity for contract award to MSE Seller Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender is: - Valid Udyam Registration for MSEs - Compliance with all applicable laws/acts/rules including Labour Laws such as The Minimum Wages Act, 1948, The Payment of Wages Act, 1936, etc.
