Supplying and filling in plinth/ foundations with crusher dust under raft/floors including watering , ramming, consolidating and dressing etc. as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All Labour and materials

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 nominal mix (using 170 kgs of cement per m3 of finished concrete) using 40 mm graded granite metal of approved quality as coarse aggregate and river sand as fine aggregate including mixing, depositing in position tamping, finishing curing etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.

RCC M 30 mix in column footings, strip footings, raft foundations, plinth beams, bed blocks, cellular raft, plinth courses and similar types of works etc., using 20 mm graded granite metal of approved quality as coarse aggregate and river sand as fine aggregate including mixing, depositing in position, tamping and or vibrating, finishing, curing, form work, cost of superplasticizer etc., as required and as directed by the as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete all labour and material but excluding cost of reinforcement.

Supplying, placing and maintaining in position Ribbed Tor Steel or Mild Steel reinforcing bars varying from 6 mm. to 40 mm. dia including straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills with annealed steel binding wire of 18 gauge (1.22 mm. dia) including cost of binding wire, transportation to site etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Providing and placing Hot compressed molded SMC(Sheet molding compound) panel tanks as per BIS: 14399 part-1 & 1996 part –II ISI marked SMC Panel tanks of approved brands Sintex or equivalent of approved make tank of size (6mx6mx3m)in capacity 108KL.SMC panel tank Base, Roof top must have panels of size 1005mm x 1005 mm .Side wall of tank will be of assembling 1005mm x 1005 mm panels .One man hole of diameter 600mm should be provided on the roof of tank with lockable lid along with all partitioned tank. All panels top, Bottom & Corners must be firmly joined with using predrilled SMC corner Angles 75mmx75mmx1005mm long & minimum 10mm thick. All the metal accessories must be as per BIS standard. The panel should stand with Hydrostatic pressure of atleast 4 times the working load and should be provided with HDG/Olive green nuts, bolts from outer part of tanks. Food grade from gasket must be used as in between core of panels to make it Leak proof. Cover washer, cleats, including, PVC/FRP support for the roof top panels and FRP ladder of approved design and height of inside and outside tank. Tank shall be erected on steel skid base , which must be kept at RCC or on staging the base foundation at site of work, as per manufactures's specifications provision of holes for inlet and outlet, overflow should be made as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. ISI LOGO & CML number must be printed on all panels if conforming to standards.

Providing, laying, testing & Commissioning of 100 mm dia. C-CLASS MS PIPES conforming to IS 3589 and 1239 including fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts, bolts, gaskets including transportaiton and painting with two coats of red oxide paint and one coat of post office red enamel paint and all labour charges and cost of all accessories etc., complete.

Supply of 100mm dia PN 1.6 (Mpa) DI double flanged Sluice Delivery Valves at site of work conforming to latest IS 14846 including gear arragements for the following dia as per test pressure having Body, Bonnet, Dome, Stool cover, wedge, stuffing box, Gland, Thurst plate, Cap/Hand wheel with DI stem, Body seat ring, Wedge facing ring, Bushes, bolts, nuts, pinion and pinion shaft with stainless steel (IS 6603): Wedge nut, Shoe, Channel with leaded Tin Bronze (IS 318) Gasket with Neoprene Rubber, Gland packing with Rubber, Gear, Gear housing with cast steel including transportation etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.
