Maintenance of plants and shrubs in and around AOB, at various locations in AOB, out side the AOB, in DLB, central median at Port general stores, convent junction, Harbour park and at sea horse junction etc., for a period of 2 years by i) Trimming of plants once in 15 days. ii) Watering once in a day @ 5 litres/ per plant/ per day (sub soil moisture shall be maintained continuously) iii) Formation of basins for each and every plant upto 1'-0 ft away from the plant. iv) Application of fertilisers, insecticides, fungicides @ 20 gms/pit/sqmt) etc., with manual watering etc., as directed by the engineer-in-charge / Horticulturist complete. All labour and materials.

Bed preparation : Dressing the surface to the desired shape, laying 6" layer of fine red soil, covered with a thin layer of sand, watering, rollong with hand roller(4"thickness after rolling) including the cost of red earth, sand and labour charges etc., as directed by the engineer-in-charge / Horticulterist complete, but excluding the cost of fertilisers, chemicals and grass.

Supply of korian carpet grass of approved quality in good condition including cost of grass, transportation, loading, unloading and stacking etc., as required and as directed by the engineer-in-charge / Horticulterist complete . All albour and materials.

Carpet grass laying and ramming etc., as directed by the engineer-in-charge / Horticulterist, complete.

Maintenance of lawns in and around AOB, at various locations in AOB, out side the AOB, in DLB, central median at Port general stores, convent junction, Harbour park and at sea horse junction etc., for a period of 2 years by : i) Watering the lawns @ 10-15 litres/ sqm/ day basing on the season and weather conditions (sub soil moisture shall be maintained continuously) ii) Lawn mowing and edging of the lawns in the following frequency keepeing the lawn grass blade not more than 2 cms. (a) June to November once in 15 days. (b) December to may once in 30 days.iii) Edging of the lawns in such a way that the lawn grass do not penetrate in to the plants and in a defined perfect geometric shapes or smooth curves.iv) keeping the lawns always in lush green and weedfree condition.v) Application of fertilisers, insecticides, fungicides etc., with manual watering etc., as directed by the engineer-in-charge / Horticulterist, complete. All labour and materials.

Maintenance of indoor plants in pots in all floors of AOB including watering(water can be collected from the toilets in the respective floors), application of fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides etc., if required, replacement of casualities, shifting all the plants in pots from all floors to out side the building to keep the same in the area to open sky before holiday, and replacing the same after the holidays etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in -charge/ horticulturist, complete. All labour and materials.

Supplying and transportation of treated drinking water in tankers including filling and delivery of water at site of work, crew charges, fuel charges, hire charges, waiting charges, hose pipes, taxes if any and with all equipment charges etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete.All hire and operational charges. (water will be supplied by the VPT)

Supply of Chemical fertilizers at site of work including loading, unloading and transportation to site of work etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete.All labour and materials.
