Providing standard type of bored cast-in-situ MARINE piles of 1000mm dia with R.C.C. grade M-40 using 20 mm graded granite metal of approved quality as coarse aggregate and river sand as fine aggregate including supplying and mixing superplasticisers of approved brand conforming to I.S standard, including mixing and depositing the concrete in position by trieme method including boring in all types of soils including stiff clay or compacted sand cake,soft rock, etc., (except hard rock) using bentonite slurry to retain the sides of the bore and getting out to any lift including disposal of bored materials to a lead of 4km, setting up of piling equipment and shifting the same from pile position to pile position, cutting the pile head to upto cutoff level etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete. All labour and materials including mobilisation, erection, running operation maintenance, fuel and power for construction equipment, cost of superplasticiser etc., but excluding supplying and placing in position the reinforcement and MS. liners and cutting edge.

Chiselling/Boring through all types of boulders and boring through the hard strata met with during the boring of piles etc.. for 1000mm Dia vertical bored piles from the hard rock level to the founding level (-)12.0m Chart Datum (approximate) of the piles, including bailing, flushing the bore bentonite with required density, chiselling, shifting of materials etc., as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Providing and placing of pre-cast units for Pile muff with R.C.C M-40 using 20 mm graded granite metal of approved quality as coarse aggregate and river sand as fine aggregate including supplying and mixing superplasticisers of approved brand and mixing the same as per manufacturers specifications and as per relevant IS Codes to get the required workability and strength, including mixing, depositing in position, vibrating, finishing, curing, cost of super plasticizer etc., including necessary boxing, welding of reinforcement whereever necessary and arrangements to suit tidal/water table variations, including transportation, handling, loading, unloading by Mechanical means (i.e. by crane) lifting and placing in position etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete. All labour and materials but excluding cost of reinforcement.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete for wearing coat with PCC M-40 using 20mm graded granite metal of approved quality as coarse aggregate and river sand as fine aggregate including supplying and mixing superplasticisers of approved brand and mixing the same as per manufacturers specifications and as per relevant IS Codes to get the required workability and strength, including mixing, depositing in position, tamping or vibrating, finishing, curing, cost of superplasticiser etc., including necessary form work (boxing) etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Supplying, placing and maintaining in position ribbed tor steel or mild steel reinforcing bars varying from 6mm to 40 mm dia. including straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills with annealed steel binding wire of 18 guage (1.22mm dia.) including welding whereever required, cost of binding wire, transportation to site etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Supplying, handling, transporting and fixing in position of Cast Iron Bollard (10 ton capacity) with necessary cutting, concrete chipping, drilling, grouting, welding with deck reinforcement steel and necessary coal tar painting (wherever required) including all materials, labour, consumable items all as per specifications and drawing etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Supplying, handling, transporting and fixing in position of DIPTI fender (DCN 500H) or its approved equivalent including all accessories (such as anchor bolts, U hooks, Chains, D-Shackles etc., shall be hot dip G.I coating with 80micron) all as per specifications and drawing, including all testing and records and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Providing 40mm thick Expansion joint at junction of deck units superstructure with bitumen in the gaps at expansion joints as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labours and materials.

Fabrication and fixing of steel ladder of hot dip with G.I coating 80 micron size (2.80m x 0.44m) using 75 x 20 mm M.S Flat (2Nos. 2.80m) and 25mm dia M.S bar 44cm long at 30cm. Centre as cross bars and welded with 2 nos. M.S flat (75 x 20mm) to a length of 35cm with 7cm length 25mm dia M.S bar (cross wire) to hold the ladder, drilling holes at M.S flat for holding M.S bar and welded and painting the steel ladder with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of anti-corrosive black paint and fixing the ladder in the sea side wharf as per standard specifications. The cost inclusive of all materials and fabrication charges, labour for fixing in position etc. complete complying with AISS, as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Providing and fixing in position on the face of the berth stainless steel or equivalent AISI-316 grade ragged eye hook made out of 32mm thick plate as shown in the drawing including embedding of the same in concrete at required locations for fixing mooring rings etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials, but excluding cost of mooring ring. (9kg per each eye hook)

Providing and fixing in position 225mm outer dia stainless steel or equivalent AISI-316 grade mooring rings made out of 32mm dia bars including welding with suitable electrodes and fixing the same to eye hook fixed at the face of the berth etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials, but excluding cost of eye hook. (4kg per each mooring ring)

Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including cleaning the surface and scraping the surface etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials. (two coats on new work. Two sides for one sheet pile)

Conducting High Strain Dynamic Test over 1000mm dia piles as per standard practices ASTMD 4945 of 1989 or latest version. The rate is inclusive of testing, hire charges for all equipments like transducers, strain gauge, oscilloscope hammer crane and cost of development of pile concrete with line and dismantling the developed length of concrete, transportation of equipment, labour and furnishing the test result etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Conducting Non-destructive Integrity Test over 1000mm dia piles as per standard practices on working piles as per IS-14983 latest version using low strain sonic diagnostic system as per specification and as approved by Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of testing, hire charges for all equipments like transducers, strain gauge, oscilloscope hammer crane and cost of development of pile concrete with line and dismantling the developed length of concrete, transportation of equipment, labour and furnishing the test result etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Dismantling Deck Structure and under water reinforced cement concrete of pile structures of Existing Channel berths upto required dredge level including cutting reinforcement bars and stacking the reinforcement / Structural steel etc., to create required depths by removing dismantled material in suitable controlled blasting or any approved methodology with required equipment to the required lines and levels and slopes including removal and transportation of the dredged materials and dumping the same in the designated off shore dumping areas. The unit rate shall include mobilization and demobilization of plant, equipment, joint surveys including at beginning of the work, during progress of work and upon completion of the work,. All plant and equipment and crafts, manpower and labour charges, cost of material, fuel and taxes, insurance etc., as required and as directed by engineer-in- charge complete. All labour and materials.

Providing progress photographs of size 165mmx115mm, each set consisting of 4 prints and one negative or in a CD form includng supplying and fixing one print each of the photographs in required number of well bound albums of approved size with a suitable caption under each photograph etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Providing coloured video film in a CD/DVD, one set consisting of two copies of 60 minutes duration and one copy of 30 minutes duration and narration properly edited showing various stages of work with particular reference to technical aspects and any works which are in execution by other agencies etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Transportation of debris/excavated earth etc.. upto 10 km lead including loading and unloading and levelling at the unloading place etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Supplying of 52 kg /100 CR Rails for Crane Track at site of work, all as per specifications and drawing, including all testing and records and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Transportation of rails, points and crossings and Crane Track/P.Way fittings of 52 kg / 100CR Rails of varying lengths not exceeding 13 m (42'-8") upto a lead of 5 km. in port area by lorry / or other means including carriage and handling, loading and unloading by mechanical means (i.e. by crane) and stacking within 30 m lead at nominated area etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete including tools, plant and labour charges.

Supply of welding portions passed by R.D.S.O including supply of Pre-fabricated moulds, supervision and other associated accessories like vent pipe etc., complete by road from firm's works to the port railway yards nearest to the site of work inlcuding insurance, loading but excluding unloading and stacking at destination for use in A. T. welding etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete.

Conversion of single rails / SWR to 3 rails panels or longer panels on cess / insitu by Alumino Thermit S.K.V Process Welding including supply of skilled / artisan staff like welder, moulder, chipper, lutter, aligner, striker / hammer man and adequate nos. of semi-skilled labour and supplying petrol @ 1.60 litres / joint for facilitating welding works on track by shifting the joint sleepers upto 30cm. on either side, providing suitable gap of about 23mm to 25mm by pulling back of rail including removing keys, spikes and other fastenings as required and re-fixing the same after welding, cleaning the rail ends, fixing the petrol tank & heating the rail ends by railway / approved contractors equipment and chipping excess materials if required, bringing the shifted joint sleepers to the specific spacing and packing them to the required specification including adjustment of required for welding, aligning, levelling including contractor's own files for filing after welding in running track etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete. but excluding supply of welding portions.

Supplying of C.I Check Blocks of 52kg/100CR for Crane Track at site of work, all as per specifications and drawing, including all testing and records and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Supplying of 25mm dia M.S. Bolts with square head with hex nuts for Crane Track at site of work, all as per specifications and drawing, including all testing and records and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete. All labour and materials

Supplying of Elastic Rail Clips for Crane Track at site of work, all as per specifications and drawing, including all testing and records and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Supplying of M.S.Round Washers of 25mm dia for Crane Track at site of work, all as per specifications and drawing, including all testing and records and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Supplying of 25mm dia M.S.Bolts & M.S.Nuts 25 mm for Crane Track at site of work, all as per specifications and drawing, including all testing and records and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Supplying of M.S.Plates of 20mm thick for Crane Track at site of work, all as per specifications and drawing, including all testing and records and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Drilling holes upto 32 mm dia. to B.G. Rails web 100 CR/52 kg Rails of B.G. track, at p-way stores / stack yard including handling of rails in full length (upto 13 m) within a lead of 30 m and lift as required for drilling holes by means of drilling machine, stacking the drilled rails within 30 m etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge, complete including tools, plant.

Linking of crane track including check railing for both side rails of the track with 52 Kg./100 CR Rails on cement concrete bed, fixing to existing holding down bolts and positioning of check railing inside, jointing, check bolting with check blocks washers cutting of rails maintaining gauge, leveling etc., as required complete including drilling fish holes, all leads and lifts under traffic working conditions including tools, plant etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete. Labour charges only.

Gas cutting rail flanges of 100 CR / 52 kg at p-way yard / stack yard as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including supply of necessary gas, handling, cutting, tools and plant etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Dredging in all types of soils except hard rock including overburden, dense to very dense clay, silt, sand, gravel, soils mixed with gravel, moorum, shells, pebbles, cobbles, removal of surface boulders from bed level to dredge level (-)7.0m. with suitable dredgers and equipment to the required lines and levels and slopes including removal and transportation of the dredged materials and dumping the same in the designated off shore dumping areas as shown and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.The unit rate shall include mobilization, demobilization of plant equipment, surveys during progress of work, rail dragging of the dredged areas to the specified levels after completion of dredging, operation and maintenance all plants and equipment and crafts manpower, and labour charges cost of material fuel and taxes, insurance etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer in charge complete All labour and materials.

Dredging in all types rocks / hard strata comprising boulders weathered rock and sheet rock controlled rock breaking if required by controlled blasting including design of rock dredging / breaking / blasting method, pre dredging survey of the structures and other property in the vicinity, monitoring the condition of the structures and the property in the vicinity throughout the period ot the progress of work and making good the damages to the structures and / or property either of the employer or of third party if any during the rock dredging work, to original and to the satisfaction of the expert monitoring agency engaged by the corporation/ employer and approval of the Engineer. This unit item rate inludes mobilization, demobilization of plant equipment, surveys during progrees of work, rail dragging of the dredged areas to the specified levels after completion of dredging, operation and maintenance all plants and equipment and crafts manpower, and labour charges cost of material fuel and taxes, insurance etc., This item includes identifying hard strata / rock through an established procedure as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
