Supplying and fixing of 600X600X10mm size Johnson make vetrified Tiles (Marrbonite jupiter) of premier quality of approved pattern, colour and shade and design laid on a bed of 12mm thick CM1:3 / adhesive over existing flooring including pointing with white or colour cement, curing etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. Scraping the old walls and removing the existing white wash or colour wash or distemper etc., and exposing the existing plastering surface and cleaning the surface as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete.

Providing two coats of white cement based putty Birla or JK or equivalent quality of approved make to walls, ceiling surfaces etc., with putty blade or trowel including cleaning the surface, scraping the surface with fine water proof emery paper after consecutive coats make the surface ready for painting etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. Painting priming coat with approved liquid cement primer to walls and ceiling surface including cleaning the surface, scraping the surface and washing with soap water etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.

Painting two coats with approved plastic emulsion paint to walls, ceiling surfaces, including cleaning the surfaceetc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.

Supplying and fixing partition with cement bonded particle board (Bison or equivalent) of thickness 10 mm on both sides of the galvanized steel framework using sheet metal screws.
