Formation of BT Road to 60 wide Master Plan road from 100 ft wide IT SEZ Road to Beach Road via Ped;Providing, laying spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate to wet mixed mecadam specification including cost of all materials and including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carrige of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver with base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc., as per MORT&H specification 406 (4th revision) for finished item of work as directed by the departmental officers

Formation of BT Road to 60 wide Master Plan road from 100 ft wide IT SEZ Road to Beach Road via Ped;Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 MOR (Over WMM surface )

Formation of BT Road to 60 wide Master Plan road from 100 ft wide IT SEZ Road to Beach Road via Ped;Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion of grade 80/60 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.2kg/ Sqmt and on the prepared bituminus surface by granule surface cleaning with mechanical broom for finished item of work as per MORT&H specification No 503 and as directed by the Deptl officers

Formation of BT Road to 60 wide Master Plan road from 100 ft wide IT SEZ Road to Beach Road via Ped;Providing and laying of 50mm thick bituminous macadam with hot mix plant producing an average out put of 37.5 tonnes per hour using hard blasted granite crushed aggregates of Grading-II as per table 500-4 of MORT & H specification 504 (4th revision) premixed with btuminous binder of 80/100 grade @ 3.3% by weight of total mixture, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clause-501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired by the Engineer-in-charge including hire and operational charges, all T & P and all other contingent charges necessary including cost charges on all materials etc., complete as per MORT & H specification No. 504 (4th revision) and as directed by the departmental officers.

Formation of BT Road to 60 wide Master Plan road from 100 ft wide IT SEZ Road to Beach Road via Ped;Providing 25mm thick compacted Semi Dense Bituminus concrete by HMP using HBG crushed aggregates of specified grade to (9.5mm to 2.36mm) premixed with Bituminus binder 60/70 Gr at 5% of mix and filler trasporting the hot mix to work site, laying with mechanical paver finished to the required grade level and alignment, rolling smooth wheeled vribratory and tandern rollers to achieve the desired compaction MORT&H specifications clause 508 complete for finished item of work in all aspects as directed by the Deptl officers.
