Refurbishment of VIP Lawn are and formation of sitting area in the Lawn area at Kailasagiri hill top;Plastering 12mm thick single coat in CM(1:5) using screened sand including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, including sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, curing etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Refurbishment of VIP Lawn are and formation of sitting area in the Lawn area at Kailasagiri hill top;Supply and fixing of 65mm thick designer ventillators made of FIBRE REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE with approved design and pattern including cost and conveyanc of all materials to the site and charges for all operations etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS and as per the directions of departmental officers.

Refurbishment of VIP Lawn are and formation of sitting area in the Lawn area at Kailasagiri hill top;Flooring with 16 to 18mm thick high polished granite stone slabs premium colours other than black (i.e. of shades like paradiso / bala flower / copper silk / laka red / lavender blue etc) with borders and design as per the pattern approved by the Engineer-in-Charge of required lengths set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8), 20mm thick using screened sand over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab including neat grey cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 Kg per sqm and jointed neatly with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth etc. for finished item of work including cost and conveyanc of all materials to the site and charges for all operations etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS and as per the directions of departmental officers.

Refurbishment of VIP Lawn are and formation of sitting area in the Lawn area at Kailasagiri hill top;Supply & application of one coat water based cement primer of exterior grade and two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre for exterior walls including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Refurbishment of VIP Lawn are and formation of sitting area in the Lawn area at Kailasagiri hill top;Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) proportion nominal mix (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) with graded hard granite stone aggregate of size 20mm and 12mm SS-5 including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, including seigniorage charges,all taxes on all materials, all operational, incidential, labour charges including Centering, shuttering, scaffolding with props etc. as per the approved shuttering plan , mixing concrete, laying, lift charges, tamping, curing etc., complete for finished item of work as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Refurbishment of VIP Lawn are and formation of sitting area in the Lawn area at Kailasagiri hill top;Providing approved pattern 2 to 3 mm thick Texture coat of Altek or any other approved brand over the plastered wall surface and providing single coat exterior primer and two coats of top coat paint with exterior grade emulsion including cost and conveyance of all material to site and Labour Charges and charges towards brushes and sundries etc. complete for finished item of work as per the directions of the departemental officers.

Refurbishment of VIP Lawn are and formation of sitting area in the Lawn area at Kailasagiri hill top;Providing flooring with Fibre Reinforced Concrete tiles of 25mm thick (medium shade) set over base coat of cement mortar (1:6) 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kgs per sqm & jointed with neat cement to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water and tiles etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Refurbishment of VIP Lawn are and formation of sitting area in the Lawn area at Kailasagiri hill top;Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking useful materials for re-use and disposal of unserviceable materials away from the site up to a lead of 10 km as directed by duly taking actual premeasurements before dismantling including all labour charges, etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officers.
