Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate as per table 400.11 and 400.12 of MORD to Wet Mix macadem specification including cost,seignorage of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant (pug mill) carriag of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with motor grader on base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification.406 (4th revision) and 406 MORD complete for finished item of work. (Payment based on levels for finished item of work)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 MORD (for use on Wet mix macadam & WBM) ,including contractors profit & Over head charges, etc., complete for Prime Coat

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion (Rapid settting-1) using Emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275kgs per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydralic broom as per MoRT&H Specification 503 (4th revision) and 503 MORD as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete for finished item of work.

Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded mix seal surfacing material of 25 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type-B) aggregates as per Table 500-26 of MORTH and Table 500.15 of MORD using 60/70 penetration grade bitumen to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a hot mix plant of 40 to 60 tonnes per hour capacity, laying with paver finisher hydrostatic with sensor attachment and rolling with a Smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity and finishing to required level and grade as per technical specification 512 MORTH and 509 MORD including cost and conveyance of all materials, seigniorage charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jionted at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continious operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, with water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.

Providing and laying pitching on slopes with stone boulders of minimum size 225mm thick other than granite variety and weighing not less than 40 Kgs as per Table 1300.2, laid dry over prepared filter media as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1302MORD / 2504 MORTH. complete for finished item of work for Revetments.

Construction of Earthen shoulders with carted Earth with alead of 10Km including cost, seigniorage charges and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers by with motor graded on prepared surface, and compacting with smooth wheeled roller to achieve the desired density at OMC etc., as per 303 MORD / 305 MoRT&H and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work by using machinary .

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometer stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC 8 fixing in position including painting and printing etc., as per technical specification clause 1703

Providing & fixing of informatory board of size 0.75x1.20mts with MS plates of 2mm thick,duly welded with MS flat iron 25x5mm size on black on edges,welded to 2no of 75x75mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes duly embeded in CCm 15 grade concrete of 450x450mmx600mm below ground level,All MS will be stone enameled on both sides Lettering and painting of superior quality in required shades and color all sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxt paint etc..

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material and and complete for finished item of work as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH

Providing Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) mix M7.50 Grade using 40mm (SS5) size HBG crushed stone aggregate and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2 of MoRT&H including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, seigniorage charges and labour charges for centering, machine mixing, laying concrete in position, Vibrating, curing etc., including all other incidental and operational charges of all T&P etc., as per technical specification MoRT&H 1500, 1700, 2100 (4th Revision), and 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 MORDas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete for finished item of work for levelling course.

Providing, laying Reinforced cement concrete Hume pipes of 1000 mm diameter NP-3 class for pipe culverts including cost and conveyance of Pipes etc., complete and Labour charges for laying, jointing of 1000 mm diameter R.C.C Hume pipes in position including lifting, aligning, lowering and hoisting etc., as per drawing and as per MoRT&H (4th Revision) Specification Clauses 2900, 2905 & 2906, IRC Special Publication No: 13 and 1106 MORD as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete for finished item of work.

Vibrated plain / reinforced cement concrete M 15 Grade Concrete using 40mm , 20mm and 10mm size HBG crushed stone aggregate (Coarse aggregate conforming to table 1000-1 and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2) including cost and sconveyance of all materials to site, seigniorage charges and all labour charges for machine mixing, laying concrete in position,Compacting, Vibrating and curing including all other incidental and all other operational charges of T&P required etc., complete as per technical specification MoRT&H 1500,1700, 2200 (4th Revision), and 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 and 1204 MORD complete for finished item of work for Sub structure for body walls, parapet walls, Abutments, Piers and wing walls.
