Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion (Rapid settting-1) using Emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275kgs per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydralic broom as per specification 503 MORD as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete for finished item of work.

Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded premix surfacing (Mix seal surfacing) material of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type-B) aggregates as per Table 500-11 of MORD 2014 using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable Hot Mix Plant (By mechanical means) laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10 kN static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 507 MORD 2014 including contractors profit & Over head charges and etc, complete.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jionted at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continious operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, with water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.

Earth work excavation by mechanical means for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 Mt, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material and complete for finished item of work as per Technical Speicification 305 MORD

Construction of Gravel shoulders with naturally occuring gravel including cost, and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers by with motor graded on prepared surface,by mixing by mix in place method with rotovator and compacting with smooth wheeled roller to achieve the desired density at OMC etc., as per Specification 408 MORD as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work.

Providing Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) mix M10 Grade using 40mm (SS5) size HBG crushed stone aggregate and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2 of MoRT&H including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and labour charges for centering, machine mixing, laying concrete in position, Vibrating, curing etc., including all other incidental and operational charges of all T&P etc., as per technical specification MoR, 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 MORDas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete for finished item of work for levelling course

Vibrated reinforced Cement Concrete M15 grade using 40mm,20mm & 10mm HBG machine crushed stone aggregate conforming to table 1000.1 and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000.2) including cost, and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for machine mixing, laying in position, compacting, vibrating and curing including all other incidental and all other operational charges of T&P required etc, as per techinical specification 802, 804,805,806,807,1202 &1204 MORD complete for finished item of work for Sub structure for body walls, parapet walls, Abutments, Piers, Wing walls.

Providing weep holes in plain/reinforced concrete Abutments, Return walls and wing walls with 100mm Diameter AC pipe extending through the full width of the structute at 1.00m C/C in both horozomtal and vertical direction so that the weep holes in each horizontal direction is staggered from the weep holes layig above and below lines as shown in drawing including cost and conveyance of the A.C pipes and labour charges for cutting to required length, placing the pipe with a slope of about 1V:20H towards stream side face etc., as per technical specification 614,709,1204.3.7 MORD complete for finished item of work for weep holes

Providing, laying Reinforced cement concrete Hume pipes of 600 mm diameter NP-3 class for pipe culverts including cost and conveyance of Pipes etc., complete and Labour charges for laying, jointing of 600 mm diameter R.C.C Hume pipes in position including lifting, aligning, lowering and hoisting etc., as per drawing and as per IRC Special Publication No: 13 and 1106 MORD as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete for finished item of work.

Providing, laying Reinforced cement concrete Hume pipes of 1000 mm diameter NP-3 class for pipe culverts including cost and conveyance of Pipes etc., complete and Labour charges for laying, jointing of 1000 mm diameter R.C.C Hume pipes in position including lifting, aligning, lowering and hoisting etc., as per drawing and as per IRC Special Publication No: 13 and 1106 MORD as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete for finished item of work.
