Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion (Rapid settting-1) using Emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275kgs per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydralic broom as per MoRTH &H Specification 503 (4th revision) and 503 MORD as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete for finished item of work.

Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded mix seal surfacing material of 20 thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type-B) aggregates as per Table 500.11 of MORD 2014 using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable Hot Mix plant (By mechanical means) laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10 kN static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 507 MORD, 2014 including contractors profit & over head charges etc,complete for finished item of work.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continious operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, with water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.

Construction of Earthen shoulders with carted Earth with alead of 10Km including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers by with motor graded on prepared surface, and compacting with smooth wheeled roller to achieve the desired density at OMC etc., as per 303 MORD / 305 MoRT&H and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work by using machinary .

Vibrated reinforced cement concrete M 30 grade using 20mm & 10mm HBG crushed stone aggregate (Coarse aggregate conforming to table 1000-1 and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2) including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for centering, machine mixing, laying concrete in position, vibrating, curing etc., including all other incidental and operational charges of all T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as per drawing BD/1-69 (A) but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges as per technical specification MoRT&H 1500, 1600,1700, & 2702 (4th Revision) and 800, 1206.3 MORD as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete for finished item of work for wearing coat over existing CC Pavement.

Earth work excavation by mechanical means for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 Mt, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material complete for finished item of work as per Technical Speicification 305 MORD/304 MORTH

Providing Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) mix M10 Grade using 40mm (SS5) size HBG crushed stone aggregate and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2 of MoRT&H including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and labour charges for centering, machine mixing, laying concrete in position, Vibrating, curing etc., including all other incidental and operational charges of all T&P etc., as per technical specification MoRT&H 1500,1700,2100 (4th Revision) and 802, 803,1202 & 1203 MORDas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete for finished item of work for levelling course

Vibrated reinforced Cement Concrete M15 grade using 40mm,20mm & 10mm HBG machine crushed stone aggregate conforming to table 1000.1 and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000.2) including cost, and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for machine mixing, laying in position, compacting, vibrating and curing including all other incidental and all other operational charges of T&P required etc, as per techinical specification MoRT&H 1500, 1700 2200 (4th Revision) and 802, 804,805,806,807,1202 &1204 MORD complete for finished item of work for body walls, Parapet walls, Abutments, Piers, and Wing walls.

Back filling behind Abutments with gravel including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per Clause 710.1.4 of IRC : 78 and as per MoRT&H Specification No. 2200 (4th Revision) and 1204.3.8 MORD as per Drawing and complete for finished item of work.

Providing weep holes in plain/reinforced concrete Abutments, Return walls and wing walls with 100mm Diameter AC pipe extending through the full width of the structute at 1.00m C/C in both horozomtal and vertical direction so that the weep holes in each horizontal direction is staggered from the weep holes layig above and below lines as shown in drawing including cost and conveyance of the A.C pipes and labour charges for cutting to required length, placing the pipe with a slope of about 1V:20H towards stream side face etc., as per technical specification MoRT&H 2706 & 2200 (4th Revision),614,709,1204.3.7 MORD complete for finished item of work for weep holes

Providing, laying Reinforced cement concrete Hume pipes of 1000 mm diameter NP-3 class for pipe culverts including cost and conveyance of Pipes etc., complete and Labour charges for laying, jointing of 1000 mm diameter R.C.C Hume pipes in position including lifting, aligning, lowering and hoisting etc., as per drawing and as per MoRT&H (4th Revision) Specification Clause 2900, 2905 & 2906, IRC special Publicaiton No. 13 and 1106 MORD as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete for finished item of work.
