OFC Construction Work- Providing and execution of OFC Construction works includes Route survey and documentation, Excavation of trenches with open trenching/HDD method as per site requirement in 1.65m depth in all type of soil strata, laying of 40mm PLB duct, backfilling & compaction, concreting / reinstatement of digged surface up to original condition, disposal of excavated debris with all lead and lift, supply and installation of all protection materials such as GI pipes medium class with coupler & clamps, DWC pipe with couplers as per site requirement of actual depth achieved at site as per approved drawing, DWC pipe to be used on entire OSLD route in open trenches, excavation of trench in drain bed, laying of duct encased in premix concrete 1:2:4 @ 20cmx20cm as per site requirement; Transportation of materials from TCIL Store; supply and installation of joint chambers/manholes with sand filling in chambers, supply & Installation of RCC route/joint indicators including painting(Precast RCC having size of 1.00M hight x 0.20M wide x 0.10 M thick); Installation of Electronic Route Marker; Road/ bridge crossing with materials such as GI pipes & clamps, DWC with couplers, RCC slabs and laying of duct over bridge & culvert with GI pipe & clamp, concreting etc. as per BSNL norms; Wall cabling with due PVC conduiting/casing caping for in-building works as per requirement of site (Length of PLB Duct laid for In-building works shall not be measured for payment); providing Route Index Diagram & other required documents and conducting Depth Acceptance Testing of complete link as per BSNL AT Schedule. Work will also include OFC blowing work (96F/48+8F/48 Armoured) including supplying & fixing of couplers; Splicing & jointing, installation and termination of FDMS (96F & 48 F + 8 F, 48 F Armoured) with mid span jointing with Joint Chambers, Installation of OTB/BDB ,Jetty Enclousures , TMFOC with termination including leading in works for in and out of cable. All required material like PVC pipe / GI Pipe with Clamps etc. to be supplied as part of work. The actual length of OFC cable laid in duct will be considered for measurement excluding coils. Restoration of all damages to the existing digged surface upto original conditions & existing utilities with in permissible time acceptable by Owner Authority shall also be under scope of vendor. If any Demand Note is raised by any authority for the damages of existing utility then the same shall also be paid by vendor.

OFC Blowing Work: Scope of works will include but not limited to the following activities: Route survey and documentation of proposed cable route; OFC Blowing (96F / 48F + 8F) in existing/already laid NCN ducts and 48 Armoured including duct laying in existing trough / concrete channel upto jetty enclosures ; supplying & fixing of couplers; Supply and installation of joint chamber/manholes with sand filling in chambers & supply & Installation of RCC route/joint indicators including painting(Precast RCC having size of 1.00M hight x 0.20M wide x 0.10 M thick); Installation of Electronic Route Marker; Splicing & jointing, installation and termination of FDMS,Jetty Enclousures , TMFOC,Wall cabling with due PVC conduiting/casing caping for in-building works as per requirement of site (Length of PLB Duct laid for In-building works shall not be measured for payment); providing Route Index Diagram & other required documents and conducting Depth Acceptance Testing of entire route/link as per BSNL AT Schedule; Link testing & Fibre acceptance testing including CD Test of entire route/link as per norms of BSNL AT Schedule. Any & all rectification works requiring T&D work upto 10 meters as per the scope defined at S. No. 1 including Commissioning of link. Any other activities required for commissioning of link as per attached RFQ and BSNL requirement and submission of ABD's & billing documents as per BSNL norms. All required material like PVC pipe / GI Pipe with Clamps etc. to be supplied as part of work. The actual length of OFC cable laid in duct will be considered for measurement excluding coils. Restoration of all damages to the existing digged surface upto original conditions & existing utilities with in permissible time acceptable by Owner Authority shall also be under scope of vendor. Laying of Extra Each PLB Duct in Common trench with required protection including OFC blowing and other allied works as per scope at S. No. 2.
