VRCC M - 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, for pedastrals.

Brick masonry 230 mm thick for panel walls in superstructure with CM (1:6) Prop. ( cement : sand) using second class bricks of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm from approved source having crushing strength not less than 35 Kg/ Sqcm. Including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, including sales & other taxes on all materials and all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing cement mortar,scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing etc., complete for finished item of work ( APSS No. 501 & 504).

Granolithic cement concrete flooring of 40mm thick using CC ( 1:1:2 ) mix using 6mm to 12mm BSS gauge machine crushed granite chips from approved quary over already laid existing CC bed or RCC slab, laid in alternative panels of size not exceeding 1.5m x 1.5m and finishing the top surface to required smoothness and slopes including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (Sand), coarse aggregate, water, etc., from approved sources to work site and all other taxes on all materials including mixing concrete, laying, lift charges,curing, etc., complete for finished item of work but excluding the cost of CC bed .( APSS No. 710) and as directed during execution.

Plastering 20mm thick in two coats with base coat of 16mm thick in CM ( 1:6 ) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials lilke cement, sand, wate etc., to site and all other taxes on all materials, and opertional, incidental charges and all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, inclluding cutting grooves etc., as directed by Engineer - in charge, complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 901 7 904 ) for uneven faces of walls for external sufaces of brick walls and contigeous RCC Surface.

Supplying and fixing of M.S 'I' section of size 150 x 75mm x 8mm including cost of materials favrication charges etc., complete as directed during execution.

Supplying and fabricating and fixing in position of M.S.Tubes and pipes for trusses and purlins approved size and gauge including cost of materials and labour charges for fixing etc., completed as directed during execution.

Supplying and fixing in position 6mm M.S.plates of size 200mm x 200mm including cost of materials fabrication etc., complete as directed during execution.

Supplying,laying of Galvalume sheet 0.50mm thick for roofing including cost and conveyance of all materials like bolts,nuts, screws etc., complete as directed during execution.

Providing M.S. Gutters and rildge piece on top of sheet as directed during execution.

Providing painting for new iron work two coats over one coat of metal primer using first class synthetic enamel paint of approved manufacture and desired shade, including cost and conveyance of all materials, brushes, sand papers, labour charges, incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work confiming to APSS and as directed during execution of sheet as directed during execution.

Providing and fixing M 40 Grade high strength Precast cement concrete blocks, inter locking regular pedestrian pavers of 80 mm thickness in all shapes and designs using 12mm down six HBG crushed granite metal of approved size and shape and colour over stone crusher dust finer than 3mm with not more than 10% passing 0.075 sueve ged if 50 mm average thickness and compaction with vibrating plate compactor having 3 tone compactor force there forcing part of sand underneath to come up in between joints final compaction of pavers surfaces to be done after spreading and bushing the fine sand into joints to its final level. The work including cost and conveyance of all materials such as cobble stone inter lock pavers, sand etc., labour equipment such as cutting machine lift loading and unloading to work site clearing bring required for the success final construction of work as per direction during execution.
