Removing the exiting painting system with suitable method and site condition. 2.) Develop the cracks with diamond disc cutting machine for a minimum width of 4mm and a depth of equal to the crack or the thickness of the existing plastering. 3.) Remove the dust from the developed join with air blower. 4.) Apply one coat of MIXPRIME SB 300 without any modification or dilution @ 0.400 litres/ Sqm and allow to dry for a period 4 hours in the entire area including the inside of the developed cracks. 5.) Fill the developed cracks with MIXFLEX AC by using a notch trowel and allow to dry for a period of 24 hours. 6.) Apply on coat of sealer coat with MIXPRIME SB 300 modified with white cement and water in the ration of 2:1:2@500 litres/sqm. The necessary decorative painting system over it as per the requirement . Supply and apply of MIXCOAT SB 300 along with crack filling system MIXFLEX AC as per the above method statement and coverage including all labour materials tools and accessories.
