Design, manufacturing and supply of POT- PTFE bearing of 370MT Capacity, consisting of a metal piston supported by a disc or un reinforced elastomeric confined within a metal cylinder, sealing rings, dust seals, PTFE surface sliding against stainless steel mating surface, complete assembly to be of cast steel / fabricated structural steel, metal and elastomeric elements complete as 1 per IS:2062, IS:1030, AISI:304, AISI:316, IS:6911, BS:3784, IS:3400, IS:226, IS-1367, BS-5400,Bridge Code and as per approved drawing and Technical Specifications. Test report after inspection of the bearings shall be submitted by firm/manufactures and got approved before the materials are lifted from the manufacturer premises for Free POT cum PTFE Guided (L) bearing. Note: (1) POT-PTFE bearing should be supply as per approved drawing no. CAO/C/D/RC/31-2006 (2) Work should be carried out under traffic block in service girder.

Lifting of the existing PSC box girder under traffic block of span A1 to P1 of approximate weight is 800 tone duly removal of existing top plates POT -PTFE bearings with the help 03 of 4 nos hydraulic threaded ram jacks capacity is 250 tone each and 2nos power packs, generator including replacing the top plates of bearings with new grooved top plate as required for movement of bearings, free POT-PTFE guided bearing (Lateral & Transverse) including any modifications required by fabricating and fixing the plates of required sizes to enable placing the bearing with out damages within the block time allotted with all consumables, materials, steel plates, machineries, wooden logs, skilled labour, lead, lift, tools, plants, equipments, epoxy, mobilizing, transportation, de- mobilizing the all machineries, including scaffolding as required as per site condition etc., including all type of taxes and as directed by engineer in charge at site. Note: (1) The existing POT-PTFE bearings (L&T) bearings should be modify as per site condition and as well as pefication laid down in approved drawing no.CAO/C/D/RC/32-2006. (2) POT-PTFE bearing should be fixed in position true to line & level as per instruction of engineer in charge at site (3) Work should be carried out under traffic block in service girder.
