The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works criteria can be met in one of the following ways: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the Estimated cost. - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the Estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the Estimated cost. The bidder should submit copies of respective Work Order/NOA/LOA/contract/Agreement, along with documentary evidence in respect of satisfactory execution of each of those contracts. The actual executed cost of work of completed works shall be considered, irrespective of work order value, contract value, change order, or revised contract value for experience criteria. The bidder should provide details of experience in support of experience criteria, including the name and description of work, work order/NOA/agreement number and date, work order/NOA/agreement value, date of commencement, date of completion/status of work, and completed value of work. In case of work experience related to rate contracts, the average annualized value of work done against the rate contracts shall be considered as one work for the purpose of evaluation of bids. The bidder should provide documentary evidence, such as satisfactory completion/performance reports, proof of release of performance security after completion of the contract, or proof of settlement/release of final payment against the contract. For incorporated joint venture companies, the technical experience criteria should be met by the joint venture company itself or by any partner in the joint venture company having a stake of at least 26% in the joint venture company. The bidder is required to fill a pro-forma to provide details of experience in support of experience criteria, and enclose experience documents along with this pro-forma. In terms of ranking, in case of a tie, the ranking of the bidder will be decided based on Similar Works Experience / Executed Value for individual project submitted, with bidders having higher work experience value for an individual project getting preference in ranking.
