The bidder should have executed project(s) on Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) basis in the area of power/metallurgy/steel/oil & gas/petrochemical/hydrocarbon/chemical/water or effluent treatment plant/fertilizer plants, during the last 10 years. The cumulative value of such project(s) should be ₹216 Crores or more, and individual contract value of such project(s) should not be less than ₹72 Crores. The reference project(s) should have been successfully operated for at least 12 months prior to the date of techno-commercial bid opening. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder's experience should be within the last ten years, and they should have successfully operated the reference project(s) for at least 12 months prior to the date of techno-commercial bid opening. The average annual turnover of the Bidder, in the preceding three financial years, should not be less than ₹172 Crores. The Net worth should not be less than 100% of the bidder’s paid-up share capital as on the last day of the preceding financial year. In terms of percentage, the Net worth of the Holding Company should be at least equal to or more than the paid-up share capital of the Holding Company.
