A1.2 TECHNICAL CLEANING Activities: To be carried out Once in every 02 months. (i) Thorough Cleaning of all light fixtures & fans. (ii) Thorough Cleaning of all switch boards/panels/MDBs/LDBs. [Refer A1 .2 of Scope of Work for details]

A1.3 100 KVA DG Set Activities: i) Regular Cleaning (internal and External),Regular Checking of fuel Level, Topping up of Diesel DG Fuel Tank whenever required (Fuel will be supplied by NALCO free of cost) (ii) Daily trial-run for minimum of 30 minutes. (iii) Operation during power failures from APEPDCL, Normalisation of TH loads with DG Power during power failure & vice versa after resumption of power supply. (iv) Liaisoning with APEPDCL, when required, for restoration of power supply or repair of breakdowns. [Refer A1 .3 of Scope of Work for details]

A1.4 Water Pump MOTORS and DOL STARTERS (Once in 04 Months) Activities: (i) Cleaning of Motors, terminals and starters , checking the components, tightening of connections, servicing of push buttons. (ii) Replacement of DOL Starters if necessary (Starters will be supplied by NALCO free of cost) [Refer A1.4 of Scope of Work for details]

A2.1 11KV Switch Yard, Transformer ,LT Panel( In TRANSIT HOUSE) : Maintenance Frequency Once in 04 months. Activities: A. 11KV Structure:- (i) Taking shutdown/LC from APEPDCL. (ii) Cleaning of all insulators, LAs, AB S/W, Earth S/W, JB, Etc. Replacement of defective parts/components like insulators, terminations, clamps, conductors, etc. (iii) Checking the operation of AB S/W, setting the alignment, application of petroleum jelly to electrical contacts & grease to all moving parts (iv) Replacement of defective nuts, bolts, washers, cable lugs etc & ensuring the tightness of all terminations. (v) Checking of HG Fuse set & replacement of fuse wire during every maintenance. B. 11KV/0.433Volts, 250KVA Transformer: (i) Cleaning of the Transformer & Replacement of silica gel. (ii) Checking/ arresting Oil leaks. (iii) Checking/tightening all the Primary & secondary terminations, neutral & body earthing. (iv) Names/Numbers to be rewritten every year. C. LT Panel: (i) Cleaning of panel internally & externally & Checking/tightening all terminations. (ii) Checking & replacing all defective components like MCCB, Voltmeters, ammeters, indication lamps, etc. (LED Indication lamps, nuts, bolts, screws , washers, lugs, small piece wires upto 5 Mtrs, all consumables shall be in party’s scope). (iii) Cleaning of entire switch yard after completion of total work. [Refer A 2.1 of scope of Work for details]

A2.2 Painting of 11KV Structure (Once during the contract Period) [Refer A. 2.2 of scope of Work for details]

A3.1 Servicing of 1-ph, 230V Ceiling/Exhaust fans (To be serviced once during the 2 years of contract) (i) Dismantling of fan from its position. (ii) Cleaning of fan assembely with brush & petrol, etc, applying grease to bearings, replacement of bearings if found defective, cleaning, heating & applying varnish to improve insulation, heating & drying (iii) Reassembling the fan completely & testing the fan for smooth running (vi) Ensuring proper earthing & neutral connections & proper tightness of fan fixing to hook . [Refer A 3.1 of Scope of Work for details]

a) Exhaust fans 300mm sweep

A3.2 SERVICING OF PUMP & MOTORS (To be serviced once in a year & twice during the 2 years of contract) Activities: (i) Dismantling of Pump Motor from its position (ii) Thorough Cleaning of Motor & Pump. (iii) Servicing of pump & motor by opening the assemblies, applying grease to bearings & replacement of bearings by new if required. . (iv) Cleaning, heating & applying varnish to improve insulation. (v) Reassembling the pump & motor completely & testing for smooth running (vi) Painting of motors & pump (vii) Checking & ensuring proper earthing, neutral connections & the proper tightness of foundation nuts/bolts. (viii) Replacement of pump gaskets by new. [Refer A 3.2 of Scope of Work for details]

A4. LT PANELS (Once in 04 Months) Activities: (i) Cleaning of Panels externally & internally. (ii) Checking of all terminations & making good if found defect in terminations. (iii) Checking of MCCBs, MCBs, Isolators & replacement if required (MCCB will be supplied by NALCO free of cost). (iv) Replacement of defective Voltmeters, ammeters, indication lamps, etc. if required. (Meters/lamps will be supplied by NALCO free of cost). (v)Checking & ensuring the proper earthing of LT Panels. (vi) Rewriting of nomenclature if found erased. [Refer A.4 of Scope of Work for details]

(iv)Earth resistance of all EPs individually & of grid to be measured with earth tester once in a year & values to be recorded. v)Wright/Rewrite Pit Numbers on EP chamber Once a Year.
