Providing concrete for Plain /Reinforced PCC Grade M10 Nominal mix (1:3:6) concrete in open foundations using 20 mm nominal size graded hard stone aggregate , mechanically mixed placed in foundations and compacted by vibration mixed placed in foundations and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802,803 1202& 1203 MORD and 1500 ,1700&2100 MORTH

Vibrated cement concrete 1:2:4 Concrete using 20mm and 10mm size HBT crushed stone aggregate including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for machine mixing, laying in position, Compacting, Vibrating and curing including all other incidental and all other operational charges of T&P required etc., complete as per MoRT&H specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 and 1204 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2200 MORTH and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for Sub Structure.

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild steel (MS) bars (Fe - 500 / Fe - 500 D grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work.

Providing weep holes in VCC wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 MORD / 2706 & 2200 MORTH and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthwork excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment location or disposal of unserviceable soil with all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work for trench cutting as per MORT&H specification No.301 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Forming Subgrade with borrowed Selected earth with all leads and lifts including pre-watering of soil at borrow area, removal of top soil, excavation of soils at borrowed area, conveyance of soil, depositing the soil on the embankment, spreading soil, breaking clods, sectioning, grading and consolidation with 8 to 10 Tonnes Vibratory Road Roller @ OMC to meet requirement of table 300-1 and table 300-2 of MoRT&H, including all hire and operational charges of T&P charges, complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 305 (5th Revision) , satisfying the Free Swell Index value less than 50%, soaked CBR value not less than 8% and other reqirements from clause 305 (5th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supply , delivery and Lowering of 150mm dia R.C.C Plain end pipes NP-2 Class R.C.C Socket and Spigot Pipes Conforming to B.I.S 458/2003 at Ex-Factory (Rate per meter of effective length ) excluding transportation and all taxes and carefully into the trenches laying them true to alignment and gradient, jointing with rubber rings and testing including filling with water with a water lead upto 500 meters including cost of rubber rings as per BIS No. 783/1985

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBT (Trap) material confirming to Grading - V of MoRT&H Table 400-1 including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator / approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 401 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBT (Trap) crushed stone aggregate to Wet Mix macadem specification ( 5th Revision) as per Table 400-13, including cost of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with paver in base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification.406 (5th revision) for finished item of work.

Construction of VCC M30 grade design mix un-reinforced, expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per IS codes , coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 21- days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification (Note: - Payment will be released only after satisfactory core results of the concrete strength for 28 days as per IS code)

Carting away of Surplus excavated earth / Dismantling Materials with a extra lead of 1.00 Kms including loading and unloading & conveyance charges for machinery per kilometer for transporting materials by tippers and trucks excluding loading, unloading and idle hire charges of machinery.

Manufacture, Supply and Delivery of R.C.C. Socket 400 mm Dia and Spigot pipes conforming to B.I.S. 458/2003 at ex-factory (rate per meter of effective length) Excluding transportation and all taxes

Lowering the 400 mm dia RCC S/S pipes carefully into the readymade trenches laying them true to alignment and gradient, jointing with rubber rings and testing including filling with water with a water lead up to 500 meters including cost of rubber rings as per BIS No. 783/1985.

Providing and constructing 30 cm thick dry rubble stone pitching with pin headers at 2 per sqm including cost of all materials, labour, hand packing, finishing etc., complete with initial lead upto 50 m and all lifts.
