Work Experience Requirements

Bid Capacity
Bidders must demonstrate available bid capacity exceeding the total bid value. Available bid capacity is calculated as (A * N * 2.5 - B), where:
* A = Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last three years (escalated to 2024-25 values).
* N = Number of years prescribed for completing the works.
* B = Value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed within the next year (escalated to 2024-25 values).
Technical Capacity
Bidders must demonstrate the availability of key equipment (specified in the Appendix to ITB) and qualified personnel, including a Project Manager and a Site Engineer-cum-Surveyor Engineer cum Material Engineer (with specific qualifications and experience).
