Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cleaning / Desilting of Drains [Covered or Open] of any cross section and in any condition [including foul condition] by removing Silt, Grit, Mud, Debris, Sludge deposits, Pebbles, Large Stones of any shape with necessary dewatering by mechanical pump if required and temporary diversion of drain water as required including disposal of Spoil to a distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m including removing and replacing cover slabs for smooth flow of water complete all as specified and directed. Note: The work shall be executed as and when required basis / urgent basis for smooth flow of traffic without damaging or disturbing the existing road.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, Type C-2 [using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate] in surface channels and drains including forming fair finished drain or channel of any inner girth using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred / stooped ends complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Plain / Reinforced cement concrete Type B1 [Nominal Mix] 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate Cast in Situ in Lintels up to 1.5m Span, Cills, Steps, Seismic and Other Similar Bands, Plinth Courses, String Courses, Lacing Courses, Parapets and Railings up to 60 cm in Height, Copings, Kneelers, Apex Stones, Bed Plates including Weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing Precast RCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Landings, Cover Slabs [for Manholes etc], Chullah Hoods, Chajjas, Water Troughs, Mangers, Shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Providing Precast Cement Concrete Solid Block Masonry with Solid Blocks exceeding 100mm width of PCC 1:3:6, Type – C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate set in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Mild Steel work confirming to Fe - 290, Grade E-165, as in framed work such as Grills, Gratings, Ladders etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed Guard Bars, Barred Iron Doors, Ladders, framed Balusters, Walk Ways, Railings, framework of Water Tanks and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide / Zinc Chrome Primer on new steel surfaces of any description, not exceeding 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 75mm bore PVC [SWR] pipes single socketed, in any length as in Spouts or Weep Holes in Masonry / Concrete Walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Mild Steel or Wrought Iron Work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No. 17 above but except Stone complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out Joints / Pointing to Random Rubble or Polygonal Rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses or Stone / Boulder Pitching etc. grouted / pointed in Cement Mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing Precast Cement Concrete Solid Block Masonry with Solid Blocks exceeding 100mm width of PCC 1:3:6, Type – C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate set in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, Type D–2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundation, Fillings, Mass concrete, Footings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC 1:1½:3, Type A-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundations including Rafts, Footings, Foundation Beams, Plinth Beams, Bases for Columns etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC 1:1½:3, Type A-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Columns, Pillars, Piers, Posts and Struts etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and removal of Steel Formwork to Sides of concrete Foundations, Pile Caps, Footings, Bases of Columns, Raft and Raft Beams, Sides and Soffits [if any] of Foundation and Plinth Beams and similar work, Vertical or to Batter for Rough Finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and removal of Steel Formwork to Sides of Pillars, Posts, Struts, Piers, Columns and Stanchions of any Shape / Cross Section for Fair Finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 5mm to 10mm dia bars as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Uprooting and Removal of Wild Trees / Grass / Bushes etc. from the Manholes / Soil Pipes / Septic Tanks / Soak Wells and their surroundings including its penetrated roots and making good the damaged plaster with Cement Mortar [1:3] and finished the surfaces to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Galvanised, 2 Strand, Steel Barbed Wire 2.24mm dia, Barbed with 2mm dia bars at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each line of wire will be measured for payment.

S & F PVC Coated Chain Link MS Galvanised Fencing Mesh of size 50 mm X 50mm, 4mm dia wire with Zinc coating of 275mm GSM and with minimum 1.5 mm thick PVC Coating [Total thickness of final PVC Coated wire is 5.50mm dia] and of weight not less than 4.0 KG / Sq.m including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, MS Flat Iron etc. including provision of binding wire including Dismantling Fencing Wire Mesh of any type including Running Bars, Straining Wires etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: MS Bar, MS Flat & MS Bolts are measured and paid separately under respective items of this BoQ.

S & F in repairs Concertina Coil Fencing with Punched Tape Concertina Coil made from High Tensile Spring Steel, High Carbon Wire conforming to IS – 4454 [Part – 1], of Grade – SM duly Hot Dipped Galvanised as per IS – 4826 with 230GSM, 600mm dia, 10 Metre openable length, with Galvanised coating and Punched Tape material as per IS – 513, having 50 Nos Rounds per 6 Metre length [before stretching], having medium barbs [Barb Length 24±1mm, Barb Width 19±1mm, Pitch between Two Barbs 35±1mm], Spring Core Wire [2.6 mm thick] of high tensile strength of 165 Kg / Sq.mm with tape [0.52mm thick] and weight 43.478 Grams / Metre and fixing to “Y” or Trapezoidal shaped angle iron brackets placed at 2.00m to 3.00m apart and with 6/9 horizontal RBT [Reinforced Barbed Tape] Wire, Stud tied with GI Staples and GI Clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts and coating with Px Compound [Anti Rust] including Dismantling Concertina Coil Fencing of any type and description including Barbed Wire, Running Bars, Straining Wires etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Horizontal barbed wire & angle iron supports shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule "A". Measurement shall be made for stretched length.

S & F Mild Steel work confirming to Fe - 290, Grade E-165 as in Hand Rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for Balusters Running Bars, for Doors, Balusters, Nosing to Steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc, Wind Ties for roof including securing bolts, Posts and Struts in Fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, bending to shape, notching for wire, drilling holes or as in flat iron fillets [for securing wire mesh and barbed wire etc] including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS Machine made Screw Bolts [Galvanised] with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed other or screwed both ends, fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut not exceeding 5 cm long, dia of neck exceeding 11 mm but not exceeding 15 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MS Round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape and binding with MS wire as in Running Bars for Chain Link / Barber Wire Fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide / Zinc Chrome Primer on new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Running Welding in repairs including preparation of surfaces to be welded and thickness of metal welded exceeding 6mm and not exceeding 9mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Running Welding in repairs exceeding 2.5cm but not exceeding 5cm in length including preparation of surfaces to be welded and thickness of metal welded exceeding 9mm and not exceeding 20mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying Two coats of Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion Paint [100% Acrylic] over a Coat of Weather Proof Exterior Primer of same manufacturer as that of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for washing, rubbing down and stopping of old painted surfaces and applying One coat of Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion Paint [100% Acrylic] on Walls complete all as specified and as directed.
