Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and fair without using extra cement, including taking down existing plaster

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on bricks on concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down existing plaster

M&L for rendering or plastering work 10mm thick in CM 1:3 in fascia or edging of Chajjas, ceiling and roof projections etc, including taking out pealed off plaster / concrete and making the line in true shape and finishing the surface without using extra cement

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth.

M&L for preparation of newly surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete etc in any description/any location not exceeding 15 cm thickness.

M & L for remove all loose gravel cement mortar, loose cement concrete, dirt, oil, grease and foreign material by jet of dry air and clean the surface mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application. Repair all cracks by cutting “V” groove and fill with PMC mortar prepared in the ratio of ShaliCrete : Cement : Sand (1 : 2 : 5). Ensure gradient of 1 : 100 towards drain by laying cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 admixed with integral waterproofing compound, ShaliPlast LW+ @ 200 ml / bag of cement or equivalent . Ensure that there is no standing water on the applicable surface. Stir ShaliUrethane® BTD or equivalent by a slow speed mixture fitted with a suitable mixing paddle to ensure a homogenous mix. (Mixing of Water is totaly prohibited ). After stirring, wait for the product to settle in order to let entrapped air escape. Slightly damp the surface. Avoid standing water / ponding. Prime the surface using ShaliPrime BTD @ 400 grm / Sqm. Allow the primer to touch dry condition. Apply 1st coat of ShaliUrethane® BTD confirm to ASTM C 836 and ASTM D 6083 @ 1 Kg / Sqm by brush / roller while the primed surface is tacky. Spread non-woven geo-textile of 45 gsm with overlaps of 50 mm in both directions when the surface is still tacky.Allow 1st coat to dry for 10 – 12 hr. Contd......./-

Apply 2nd coat of ShaliUrethane® BTD @ 1 kg / Sqm by brush / roller for final dry floor thickness 1.5mm in two coats . Ensure final curing time of 36 hrs before allowing / carrying out any further work. Extend waterproofing treatment up to 200 mm and terminate into groove on the parapet wall. Fill the groove with PMC mortar with ShaliSBR Latex. Note : Application of water proofing treatment will be done by Authorised Applicator only . Note :Rate for removal of debries obtained from the work to be disposed a distance not less than 2Km incl in the rate quaoted by the contractor.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

M&L Black Granite (of any type), 18- 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills,cooking platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) incl pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixer of pigment to match with marble shade, icluding making full curving the edges and dismantling existing floor, cooking platform, steps etc complete,complete. all as specified.

Dismantling of stone slab or tiles of any description in floors, aprons etc., laid bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified and directed.

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cmx 30 cmx25mm thick with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 as specified and directed.
