M&L for two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Supply and install 2 Ton inverter type hi wall split units (Air conditioner) indoor and outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with 5 star rating and EER 5.2 and Outdoor condenser coil made of Copper, outdoor fixed on wall/chajja firmly by using set of brackets, bolts, nuts washers etc. Including making of hole for liquid, discharge copper pipes and drain pipe making good as existing. Liquid copper pipe line and discharge copper pipe line should be firmly insulated complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Sound Proof DG set 30 KVA, 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts, 1500 RPM, 50 Hz power supply with power factor 0.8 coupled directly to alternator mounted on a common base plate complete with integral acoustic enclosure having silent features such as modular bolted construction with fabrication on imported CNC torret punch machines, nine tank treatment process with pure polyester based powder coating to ensure long life in all weather conditions and for out door application/ installation, integrated design thereby facilitating /easy handling installation & shifting of the equipment at site. The design of integral acoustic enclosure shall be any type approved by national Physical laboratory as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB-IV +) latest norms/ regulation with fuel tank, battery and standard accessories and PCC foundation for (acoustic enclosure also 45 CM above ground level) as recommended by manufacturer, vibration pad, sand cushioning around PCC foundation of height not less than 45cm from GL, tools and spares, as provided by manufacturer all as specified and as directed with the following specifications Note :- Quoted rate shall includes all necessary arrangements for testing of DG set in presence of IEM & Engr-in-charge after installation of DG Set .

(A) ENGINE :- Water cooled diesel engine of suitable capacity to match the 30 KVA alternator under NTP conditions with provision of 10% over load for 1 hour in every 12 hours running confirming to BS-5514 / ISO 3046 Standards. Make: Greaves or as per Appendix B The engine shall consist of following :- (i) Fly wheel (ii) Radiator, Air-to-Air After cooler, pusher fan & fan drive arrangement (iii) Dry type Air cleaner with restriction indicator (iv) Fuel injection system of make Bosch (v) Radiator fan (blower type) with guard (vi) Precision governor (mechanical type) Class A1 (vii) Gear Driven Water Pump (viii) Fuel Filter (ix) Spin-on Lubricating oil filters (x) 12 V DC electrical starting system consisting of starter motor, charging alternator. (xi) Exhaust silencer heavy duty residential type (xii) First Fill of Lubricating oil (API CF4 grade, Make Greaves Maxtherm Lube or its equivalent stranded) (xiii) Sensors for Oil pressure, Coolant Temperature & level. (xiv) Exhaust piping as per manufacturer design

(B) Control Panel : The Control Panel is manufactured with 16 gauge sheet steel fabricated, dust & vermin proof with complete internal wiring and microprocessor based DG Set controller for both engine and alternator parameter in one console. The Control Panel consists of the following parts: (a) DSE4510 Auto Start Control Module and the DSE 4520 Auto mains failure control module or latest model. (b) MCCB of Adequate rating (c) Indicating Lamps for DG ON, Main On, Load on DG, Load on Mains, etc (d) Key switch (e) Set of current transformers and control fuses and MCBs (f) Controller shall monitor and display the engine speed, oil pressure, coolant temperature, frequency, voltage, current, power factor and fuel level, Battery voltage and modules for comprehensive engine and alternator protection. (g) Controller shall also display the array of waring, electrical trip and shutdown alarms. Provide a record of most recent fault conditions. Fault history stored in the control non volatile memory. (h) Control includes provision for service adjustment and calibration of DG control functions - Voltage, frequency selection-Configurable input and output set up-Meter calibration (j) Controller provide configurable time delay of 0-300 sec to start after remote start signal and time delay of 0-600 secs prior to shutdown after stop signal. (k) Emergency stop: Annunciate whenever an emergency stop signal is received by the control. (l) Low lube oil pressure warning and shutdown

(C) BRUSHLESS ALTERNATOR:- (i) Alternator coupled to engine through a flexible coupling to an indigenous alternator mounted on strong steel fabricated base frame suitable for mounting on a permanent foundation. Self Excited, self regulated Brush less Single bearing alternator shall be confirming to BS- 5000 or relevant of IS-4722 Make: Crompton/ Stamford (ii) Type: self excited self regulated with automatic voltage regulator (iii) Rating: 30 KVA at 0.8 PF lagging (iv) Speed- 1500 RPM (v) System -415 V +/- 2.5% AC 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz. (E) AMF PANEL OUTDOOR TYPE: The AMF Panel Outdoor type suitable for 30 KVA DG Set factory made out of CRCA Steel 3 mm thick Sheet floor mounted type and front operated type, totally enclosed dust, damp and vermin proof, all doors and joints will be suitable gasketed to form dust and vermin proof. The panel would be powder coated minimum thickness of 50 microns, stove enamelled paint finished after elaborate pre-treatment to form a long lasting characteristic. The control panel will be complete in all respect with fuses, wiring and labels etc, the following will be incorporated in the AMF Panel :- (a) HRC Fuse with fuse base, Din type 35A-06 No (b) Current transfrmer,CL-1,5 VA,200 /5A-04 No. (c) Four pole Contactor, 240 V AC, 2 NO +2 NC, of Suitable Current, AC3-02 Nos for (DG Set & Commercial). Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of LT panel outdoor, double door type made out of CRCA Sheet of 3.15 mm thick with powder coated painting frame made out of angle iron 45 x 45 x 6 mm and four numbers of 150 Amps aluminium strips / bars duly insulated on insulators / suitable size Bakelite sheet, free space between MCB / busbar and other connection items should be provided, the space between ground to panel should be 60 cm with PCC foundation for LT Panel, LT panel should be provided with necessary locking arrangement, danger notice sticker, cable glands, internal wiring with FRLS copper wires and comprising and including the following:-

Supplying and laying Red Clay Bricks of Class B Designation 75 for cable Protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix GI pipe light grade of 40 mm dia complete with elbows, couplers, etc and with MS clamps, nuts, bots, washers etc for fixing of pipe to wall/ floor and laying in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.
