Supply of iron D Clamp made out of MS flat not less than 50mm width not less than 5 mm thick, suitable size for 150mm DI pipe, 25 mm GI socket welded to D clamp with necessary gaskets, nuts and Bolts for connection, including two coat of red oxide paint complete all as specified and directed.

All as above but suitable for 100mm DI Pipe.

M&L cast iron non return valve rising spindle of 100mm bore as per IS 5312 part 1 PN 1.6 including nuts, bolts including taking out old unserviceable valve complete all as specified & directed.

M&L in repair for Construction of valve chamber of size 1200 x 1200 x 1000 mm (internal dimension) suitable for 150/100 mm sluice valve, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, brick wall with sub class 'B ' bricks built in CM 1:4, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping, plastering in CM 1:4,15 mm thick including provision of MS sheet cover 4 mm thick with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to steel surfaces and locking arrangement including excavation earth work in any type of soil, returning in filling and removing the surplus soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair for Unplasticized PVC 50 mm pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 laid in trenches as per site requirement including Bends, elbows and sockets etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type D-2, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including demolishing the existing damaged foundation, provision of necessary form work / brick work where required including necessary foundation joints and finishing fair to the exposed surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of rusted base frame of MS fabricated incl vibration pad, washers, nuts, bolt, studs, thimbles of Pump Sets of capacities from 10 HP to 20 HP, centrifugar or monoblcok type, fixing properly on foundation joints with nuts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for taking out pump sets of capacities from 10 HP to 20 HP (centrifugar or monoblcok type) from foundation, disconnecting the water and electric connection and refixing on new base frame and fixing properly with nuts and washers, incl all types of cutting / threading / welding/ grouting work, making all electrical and water connections, fixing the delivery and suction pipeline as per site requirement for smooth functioning of water distribution / pumping complete all as specified and as directed

M&L in replacement of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to the Galvanised iron strip 32x6mm size by means of bolts ,nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 32x6mm GI strip Procter by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm bore incl saddles incl provision of concrete pit in PCC1:2:4 type B-i , using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg /Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle ,excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,charcoal dust and salt light grade GI watering pipe 20 mm bore with funnel and wire mesh and medium grade GI protection pipe 15mm bore 5 Mtr long and GI strip up to main earthing complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch 2009 Part-I complete all as specified and as directed. (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to test point up to length of 7.5 meters length shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item . (ii) GI protection pipe & earthing lead beyond 7.5 meter shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department .

S & F in replacement of GI strip 32x6mm, buried in ground or fixed to wall incl saddles, nuts, bolts, washers etc for loop earthing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for attending the emergent complaints for unserviceable/ break down/ fault of water supply pump sets of any capacity including carrying out minor repairs in electrical supply system in control panel and motor terminals etc after finding the fault as required to make the pump set in order to functional complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : (i) Rate inclusive for minor items like fuse wire, copper cable etc . (ii) Major items like starter, contractor etc will be paid separately in respective items.

Supply, Installing, Programming, Testing of Water Level Indicator, 24V-32V DC to 4-20mA Output Radar / Ultrasonic Sensor for continues level measurement Range Upto 8 mtrs, 230V Digital Display with FS+/-1% accuracy, including suitable size 2 core under ground cabling work for sensors at water UG sumps, including necessary fittings and accessories for mounting the sensors at the centre of the Sumps complete all as specified and as directed. Removing the old U/s water meter with flanges on both sides and drain the water from the existing pipes. S&F water meter of size 150mm Dia, ISI marked suitable for CI flanged water pipe, including gaskets and nuts, bolts and other required accessories. Old meter reading should be noted down and submit to the department. Proper Fixing arrangement should be confirmed by conducting the suitable test, complete all as specified and as directed. Make of water meter : DHASMASH Note: (i) The rate quoted rate should be inclusive of fixing and testing charges. (ii) Old Water Meter should be deposited to MES Store yard.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil, for under ground electric cable, pipes etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling-in, including, spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, in soft /loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Cutting existing road/PCC for laying of DI pipe of sizes 150/100mm including necessary earth work, excavation upto 600mm depth but not exceeding 1 mtr depth, wide upto 450mm but not exceeding 800mm including making existing surface with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm aggregate, thickness of concrete is 150mm and making good the disturbed surface to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The tenders shall take into consideration for following points while quoting his rate for this item and the unit rate is deemed be included for :- i. Earth work excavation in any type of soil ii. Returning filling in , including spreading , leveling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. iii. Removing excavated material to out side MD land iv. 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in road.
