Disconnecting HT 11 KV grade XLPE cable of any size from structure/ pole/ transformer /RMU/ VCB for finding fault by computer added fault finding machine and exact location and earth work to expose faulty cable and cutting faulty cable and testing remaining cable with high voltage pressure to withstand the cable as normal working pressure HT 11 KV and removing of HT cablecomplete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead made of GI Strip of size 32 X 6mm, fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation including drawing through GI Pipe for earthing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying GI pipe, 100mm dia, medium grade including all fittings like couplings,elbows,bends, T joints, end caps etc, laid in trenches for protection of cable for run wall edge line lighting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying and testing XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, FRLS, armoured heavy duty underground cable, ISI marked with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade of size 3.5 Core, 400Sq.mm cross section suitable for earthed system, laying in trenches/duct/fixed to poles/drawn through pipes/sleeving through pipe in duct, including suitable size Double compression copper stainless steel cable gland, crimping type cable lugs, sockets etc. including taking down of existing cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying and testing HT UG cable [earthed], XLPE insulated, screened, steel strip armoured and pressure extruded PVC bedded, 11000 Volts grade [heavy duty] with aluminium conductor of size 3 Core 185 Sqmm laid in trenches / ducts, fixed to walls or passing through pipes and connecting up including taking out of existing cable with old GI pipe and cable covers complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Dry river sand cushioning over and around the cable for cable protection in trenches, leveled and punned down complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The punned down thickness shall be measured for payment.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan area and not exceeding 1.5m deep in Soft / Loose soil including taking out faulty cable,cable covers and GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only un-reinforced Precast Concrete Cable Cover, Class HV, Type 1, Flat, of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only un–reinforced Precast Concrete Cable Cover, Class LV, Type 1, Flat, of size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Cable Jointing Kit for HT 11 KV (earthed) grade XLPE cable for indoor end termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185 Sqmm including testing after jointing complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with Galvanised Steel Earth Plate Electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level] with top edge of Plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level connected to 25 X 4mm GI Strip [Earth Lead] and GI pipe 50 mm, Medium Grade for earthing lead protection to the extent of maximum 7.5m, Earth Plate Electrode surrounded by 150mm thick packed layers of Charcoal and Common Salt filled in alternate layers, connected to the Plate by means of GI Bolts & Nuts complete all as per Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I, connected to panel / DB including testing on completion including main earthing, Charcoal, Common Salt, PCC [1:2:4, Type B1] Pit with RCC 1:2:4, Type B1 Cover, 50 mm thick with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia TMT bars in both ways, MS frame made with 40 X 40 X 6 mm Angle Iron, MS Funnel with 20 mm bore, medium grade GI Watering pipe, wire mesh, earth work excavation, return filling, removal of surplus soil etc. including taking down of existing earthing set complete all as specified.

M & L Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machinery including HDPE Pipe, 150mm bore, 0.4 Mpa working pressure complete all specified and as directed. Note: The horizontal directional drilling machine boring shall be minimum shot length of 100m horizontal length in a single span and depth shall not be less than 1.20m. The unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive for earth work as required at site for boring at starting and termination ends complete all as directed.
