S&F in repairs 3-layer 32 mm outer dia, ISI marked PP-R (polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches including taking down the existing PVC/GI pipes Complete all as Directed and specified.

M&L for cutting the existing 25/32 mm PPR Pipe from the tank inlet and connecting it to the PP-R tank connector by Heat fusion method complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Tank connector is measured under relevant item of this scheduled.

M&L for connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of sizes 16 to 40 mm by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of sizes 50 to 75 mm by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Collection of water sample from different sources of pump Houses under AGE(I) Suryalanka for water testing by Govt authorised Certified Laboratory as per IS-10500 for drinking water as under including Cost of sterilization bottle complete all as specified and as directed. Supply Only of Liquid Chlorine Sodium Hypochlorite (Grade-I) for Drinking Water, Chlorine percentage by mass by Vol is 4.0-6.0% (all Characteristics are as per IS-11673) in sealed non - Chemical reactioned/Oxidation LDPE containers of 60kg Tanks, as required on Monthly basis with Manufacturers test certificate and Date markes not more than 02 week old complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply Only Bleaching Powder, available Chlorine percentage by mass is 32-34% after 30 days of the manufacturing, (all Characteristics are as per IS-1065) in laminated HDPE having two inner liners, Container shall be marked with manufacturer grade, Mass complete all as specified and as directed.

De-watering the existing UG Sump of 50,000 Glns capacity and cleaning the internal surfaces of sump to remove scales, mud and other foreign materials, applying surfaces with mixture of bleaching powder and water, finally washing with fresh water and treating with one coat of white wash to internal wall and bottom surfaces etc complete for one time, writing in capital letter with black paint as "Cleaned on (date) & next due on (date), letter's height not less than 5cm complete all as specified and as directed at Suryalanka Pump House and Bapatla Pump House.

De-watering the existing Static Water Tanks of capacity not more than 10,000 Glns capacity and cleaning the internal surfaces to remove scales, mud and other foreign materials, applying surfaces with mixture of bleaching powder and water, finally washing with fresh water and treating with one coat of white wash to internal wall and bottom surfaces etc complete for one time, writing in capital letter with black paint as "Cleaned on (date) & next due on (date), letter's height not less than 5cm complete all as specified and as directed.

De-watering the existing Shallow wells of capacity not more than 20,000 Glns capacity and cleaning the internal surfaces to remove scales, mud and other foreign materials, applying surfaces with mixture of bleaching powder and water, finally washing with fresh water and treating with one coat of white wash to internal wall and bottom surfaces etc complete for one time, writing in capital letter with black paint as "Cleaned on (date) & next due on (date), letter's height not less than 5cm complete all as specified and as directed.

De-watering the existing OH Reservoir of capacity 20,000 Glns at 18 mtr staging and cleaning the internal surfaces to remove scales, mud and other foreign materials, applying surfaces with mixture of bleaching powder and water, finally washing with fresh water and treating with one coat of white wash to internal wall and bottom surfaces etc complete for one time, writing in capital letter with black paint as "Cleaned on (date) & next due on (date), letter's height not less than 5cm complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The unit rate quoted for item No-29 to 32 shall deemed to be included for the following complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) 250 gm of bleaching powder to be used for every 10 liter of fresh water. (b) All the inlet/outlet/over flow wash out connection shall be cleaned as rust free and any leakage in joints shall be made good. (c) The water available in the tanks/ Shallow Well/UG sums/OH Reservior shall be bailed out to the nearest open drain available. (d) Any damage caused during cleaning the existing assets shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost. (e) Painting of of pipe inlet/outlet/washout/overflow pipe with various colours as existing along the tank height duly scrapped and applying one coat of red oxide paint and two coats of synthetic enamel paint.

M&L for cleaning of Water Pressure Filtration Plant (Dual Media Filter) of size 1400 x 1500mm make of "Thermax" and replacing the media materials, testing the water alongwith chlorine injector system complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Old media material obtained from filter to be kept aside in Pump House) complete all as specified and as directed..

Removing the complete pebbles, crushed gravel, filter sand, Anthratic and cleaning the filtration plant (Dual Media) Filters and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for scraping/rubbing rusted part of tanks and welding of holes in (Dual Media) Filter body by arc/gas welding and arresting the leaks complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Each welded portion not more than 5cm)

M&L for scraping/rubbing the entire tank for removal of old paint, applying one coat of red oxide paint and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of Navy Blue colour for Dual Media Filter (02 Tank alongwith connected pipe lines) complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil, for under ground electric cable, pipes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling-in, including, spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed by Engineer –in- Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
