S&F in repais LT junction box outdoor, single door of size minimum 1 x 0.6 x 0.6 m (i.e 1 m height, 1 Mtr width and 0.6 mtr depth) or suitable higher size made out of CRCA Sheet of 3.15 mm thick with powder coated painting frame made out of flat iron 45 x 45 x 6 mm and four numbers of 100 Amps aluminium bars duly insulated on insulators / suitable size Bakelite sheet fixed horizontally including making necessary drilling on bus bars for fixing of out going cable upto 50 Sqmm XLPE - 05 Nos with minimum gap as per IE standards and one No MCCB of capacity 63 A, 4 Pole, 415 V 25 KA complete ( free space between MCCB / busbar and other connection items should be provided,) including fixing arrangement on poles at the height upto 1.5 Mtrs by using suitable size of iron flat bracket, nuts & bolts, danger notice sticker, cable glands, internal wiring with FRLS copper wires of suitable size complete all as specified and directed Note :- (i) The contractor shall submit the shop diagram of LT panels and Junction box to the Engr-in-Charge for obtaining approval before placing order. (ii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of necessary excavation and PCC work (foundation) for erection of LT Feeder pillar box, gland, thimbles etc complete

Excavation in trenches, in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exceeding 1.5 m in wide for laying of cable, RCC Poles/stays and struts etc and getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surface all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling-in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, in soft /loose soil complete all as specified.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground cable including punning down of sand in layer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned down thickness shall be measured for payment

M&L for laying common burnt bricks, sub class 'B', of size 230 x 115 x 75 mm in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- While laying, the length of the brick shall be at right angle to the central axis of cable.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Earthing complete with earth galvanized steel plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected with galvanized earth lead GI strip 32X6 by means of bolts, check nut and washers of GI or steel, GI pipe light grade of 40 mm bore as protection pipe, GI strip of length not more than 7.5 mtr and connected to test point. M&L for Supply of hot dipped galvanized ( in single dip to average 80 micron) Octagonal pole of 5 meter height, minimum dia 130 mm at bottom and 70 mm at top made of 3mm thick steel sheet plate having bases plate 220 x 220 x 12mm, Window and flush cover with hacking arrangement at height from base for cable termination block, pole suitably reinforced with welded steel section at window cut section to make the strength of pole unaffected, with 4 Nos M20 x 600 mm J-Type Foundation bolts with zinc coat including dummy cap on the top of the pole with MCB connector with single pole 10 Amps MCB and suitable for XLPE cable entry upto size of 25 Sqmm Cable with Pipes for entry of Cable in the foundation complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The quoted rate of pole shall include provisions for fixing of LED Street light fitting including necessary reducers, clamps, nuts, bolts, earth work excavation, foundation with PCC 1:3:6 or as recommended by OEM (as per drg). (b) Pole shall be suitable for wind pressure of 120 Km/Hour (c) Foundation drg recommended by OEM shall be submitted by the contractor along with pole/clamp drg for approval of Engineer in charge before placing order. (d) Approx Min weight Bare pole shall be 50-52Kg .
