All as per Item No.6 above but cable of size 3.5 core 50 sqmm

All as per Item No.6 above but cable of size 4 core 16 sqmm

All as per Item No.6 above but cable of size 2 core 10 sqmm

S&F in replacement of LT junction box outdoor, single door of size minimum 0.8 x 1 x 0.6 m (i.e 0.8 m height, 1 Mtr width and 0.6 mtr depth) or suitble higher size made out of CRCA Sheet of 3.15 mm thick with powder coated painting with four numbers of 100 Amps aluminum bars duly insulated on insulators / suitable size Bakelite sheet fixed including making necessary drilling on bus bars for fixing of out going cables upto 50 Sqmm XLPE - 05 Nos with minimum gap as per IE standards and one No MCCB of capacity 63 A, 4 Pole, 415 V 25 KA and suitable size of angle Iron 50 x 50 x 5 mm thick for stand complete ( free space between MCCB / busbar and other connection items should be provided,) including fixing arrangement by excavaion, PCC etc for the height directed by Engr-in-Charge danger notice sticker, cable glands, internal wiring with FRLS copper wires of suitable size complete all as specified and directed Note : 1. Contractor should submit the diagram of LT panels and Jn box for approval of Engr-in-Charge before placing order. 2. The quoted rate including necessary excavation and PCC work for erection of LT Feeder pillar box, gland, thimbles etc complete

Excavation in trenches,in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exceeding 1.5 m in wide for laying of cable,RCC Poles/stays and struts etc and getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surface all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling-in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, in soft /loose soil complete all as specified.

M & L for sand cushioning to underground cable including punning down of sand in layer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned down thickness shall be measured for payment

M&L for laying common burnt bricks, sub class 'B', of size 230 x 115 x 75 mm in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Earthing complete with earth galvanized steel plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected with galvanized earth lead GI strip 32X6 by means of bolts, check nut and washers of GI or steel, GI pipe light grade of 40 mm bore as protection pipe, GI strip of length not more than 7.5 mtr and connected to test point. GI pipe 20mm dia medium grade for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC pit and RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 for cover with 8 mm dia bar reinforcement both ways @ 140 c/c including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Hot Dip galvanized octagonal poles of hight 5 Mtr botton 130 mm, top 70 mm, 3 mm thick and base plate 200 x 200 x 16 mm including 1 Mtr single arm bracket, M20 x 600 mm J-Type Foundation bolts with zinc coat set of 4 Nos with double nut and double washers and connector 4 pole with MCB connector with single pole 10 Amps MCB and suitable for XLPE cable entry upto size of 25 Sqmm Cable with Pipes for entry of Cable in the foundation, lugs including fundation and earth work as per OEM drawaing complete all as specified and directed. (Note : 1. Contractor should submit the diagram of pole with foundation details as per manufacturer recommendtion before placing the order for approval of Engr-in-Charge. 2. The poles should withstand the wind pressure upto 120 Km/Hr

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting with and including individual high power 45 watt LED new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast alu with secondary optics, suitable for outdoor use IP 66, connected with connecting cable complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in replacement of existing loop in-out junction box with non metalic FRP junction box suitable of size (Appx 350 x 250 x 150) with connector 4 way and including one MCB SP 6 A, 230V alongwith 2 Nos 'C' Clamps and back clamp made up of 20x3 flat iron and fixing on pole with necessary nuts bolts, washers, 2 Nos PVC cable glands of size not exc 4 core 25 sqmm, Cable lugs as required complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 3 core 1.5 sqmm PVC Insulated and Round Sheathed Multi Core Bright Annealed Bare Copper Conductor Heavy Duty Industrial Cable for Voltage Grade 1100 Volts as per IS: 694:1990, Including PVC conduit pipe of medium grade size not lessthan 20mm and tightly fixed to the pole complete all making necessary connection by using proper connecting spares and taking down old unsv cable all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections twin core cable flat or circular stranded of size 6 Sqmm including taking down old unsv service cable complete all as specified

M&L for GI pipe of size 40 mm for cable protection under road/concrete etc complete all as directed

Cutting existing road/PCC/Drain for laying of cable including necessary earth work, excavation exc 600mm depth but not exc 1 mtr depth, wide exc 450mm but not 800mm including making as existing surface with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm aggregate, thickness of concrete is 200 mm and making good the disturbed surface to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Flood light of any wattage and type with LED Flood light of 150 Watt Symetrical illumination, along with Driver assembly as per OEM Specifications, Energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, exclusive innovative die-cast aluminium IP66 flood light and connecting up existing cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing of Automatic Street Light Control Switch upto Three Phase, 5 kW using Infrared Sensor based NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of Street Lights, 3 nos. Contactors, 3 nos. Incoming MCBs & 3 nos. Outgoing MCBs of 16-20 Amps each & Circuit wiring (Copper) of min.10 sq.mm. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux level. Required Illuminance Level for Switching ON is ≤ 30 Lux and for Switching OFF ≥ 10 Lux. The Sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 hrs. to max. 12 hrs. The Sensor along with suitable Power Contactor(s) and Incoming-Outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable Rust Proof, Electric Shock Proof, Termite proof and FR grade SMC Enclosure conforming to IP54. The circuit should also have provision for Manual Operation (i.e. Sensor By-Pass option) with necessary clamps, and connecting to existing XLPE Cables complete all as specified and as directed.
