M & L for injection grouting with pourable non shrink expanding cementitious grout/slurry [SikaGrout -214 IN of SIKA/ Cebex 100 of FOSROC/ Maxgrout-45 of THERMAX/ Shaliplast 100 of STP or equivalent chemical in makes specified herein after in Particular Specifications] and sealing the nozzle with solvent-free, moisture tolerant, epoxy resin based two component putty/ repair mortar [Sikagard 694 F(I) of SIKA/ Exposeal UW of FOSROC/ Maxflex EU of THERMAX/ Shalibond 41 of STP or equivalent chemical in makes specified herein after in Particular Specifications] after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle complete all as per manufacturer's instructructions, as specified and as directed. Note: leakage through other nozzle or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 5mm to 10mm dia bars as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing 25mm average thick single component, fibre reinforced, sulphate resistant, low shrinkage, high performance cementitious structural repair mortar [MonoTop @- 122F of SIKA/ Renderoc SP 40 of FOSROC/ BS 5F of THERMAX or equivalent chemical in makes specified herein after in Particular Specifications] as in rebuilding the section of damaged RCC elements to its original size, applied by hand or mechanical spraying including use and removal of suitable steel structural form work complete all as per manufacturer's instructructions, as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing 40-100mm thick ready to use non shrink, cemetitious free flow micro concrete [SikaRep Microcrete-4 of SIKA/ Renderoc RG Spl of FOSROC/ BS 66 MuCIs of THERMAX or equivalent chemical in makes specified herein after in Particular Specifications]as in rebuilding the section of damaged RCC elements to its original size having compressive sterngth 60 N /sq.mm (28days) according to ASTM including use and removal of suitable steel structural form work complete all as per manufacturer's instructructions, as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster on SikaWrap230C covered surafce in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with approved integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes for Serial Item No. 1 to 18: [a] The rate quoted for respective items shall be deemed to be inclusive of all material, labour, expert supervision, Tools, Plant, Safety measures like safety belts, ropes, helmets, netting etc. required to work at any height as per site requirement and providing double scaffolding and as required and removal of the same on completion of the comprehensive repairs and disposal and depositing the demolished material out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed. [b] 06 Nos. of Photographs of Overhead Water Tanks before and after Repairs shall be submitted to GE for record before claiming payment. [c] Sample testing of every Overhead Water Tank before and after Repairs from NABL Accredited Laboratory for Microbial parameters of water shall be submitted to GE for record before claiming payment.

M&L for providing and wrapping stitched one directioal, high strength low density Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer [CFRP] fabric base [SikaWrap230C of SIKA/Nitowrap GW of FOSROC/ Maxtreat Fibernet C of THERMAX or equivalent chemical in makes specified herein after in Particular Specifications] in single layer over columns, tie beams and girders at desired orientation using tamping rollers to avoid any air voids, etc. over a coat of thixotropic epoxy based resin impregnating resin/ adhesive [Sikadur-330(IN) of SIKA/Nitoplane CPS of FOSROC/ Maxtreat Glue of THERMAX or equivalent chemical in makes specified herein after in Particular Specifications] over a coat of epoxy primer and sprinking sand over it as directed by Engineer -In -Charge including providing thixotropic epoxy based impregnating resin/adhesive as specified above as in top coat over wrap including necessary surface preparation of existing concrete elements by rounding off sharp edges to 25mm radius and removal of dust and foriegn materials and cleaning properly complete all as per manufacturer's instructructions, as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting 'V' groove along existing construction joints/ crack lines on reinforced concrete surfaces to a size no less than 10mm wide and 30mm deep or upto the extent of joint/crack using electricity operated angle grinder with diamond concrete saw blade and cleaning the cut surfaces by air blower including sealing the cut portion with solvent-free, moisture tolerant, epoxy resin based two component putty/ repair mortar [Sikagard 694 F(I) of SIKA/ Exposeal UW of FOSROC/ Maxflex EU of THERMAX/ Shalibond 41 of STP or equivalent chemical in makes specified herein after in Particular Specifications] complete all as per manufacturer's instructructions, as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing two coats of water based epoxy coating certified for portable water [Sikagard 67 or Aqu Arm Tank Coat of SIKA/ Nitokote EP 405 of FOSROC/ T Grout EC 200 of THERMAX/ Tankmastic of STP or equivalent chemical in makes specified herein after in Particular Specifications]on all over the internal reinforced cement concrete surfaces of water tanks complete all as per manufacturer's instructructions, as specified and as directed. Note: The Thickness after two coating shall not be less than 500 microns. The coating shall be applied using brush. First Coat shall be allowed to dry for 6 to 8 hours and then second coat shall be applied and allow it to cure complete 24 hrs.

M&L for providing and applying two component cement based polymer modified ready to use passivator/ anti corrosion coating [Aqua Arm Coat ZP of SIKA/ Nitocoat AP35 of FOSROC/ Maxcure 10 of THERMAX/ Shalikote AC of STP or equivalent chemical in makes specified herein after in Particular Specifications] compatible with the reinstatement methods adopted to the steel reinforcement for corrosion protection including necessary preparation of surfaces with wire brush and thoroughly cleaned for dust with dry cloth complete all as per manufacturer's instructructions, as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing two coats of ready to use two components polymer modified cementitious coating [SikaTopcoat 107 or Aqua Arm Top Guard of SIKA/ Brushbond of FOSROC/ Elasplast ROL 10 Mucis of THERMAX/ Shalicem Abra of STP or equivalent chemical in makes specified herein after in Particular Specifications]on walls and floors inside of water tanks complete all as per manufacturer's instructructions, as specified and as directed. Note: First Coat should be applied horizontzlly and second coat should be applied vertically. The overall thickness of coating shall not be less than 1.5mm.

Demolition/ removing of existing unsound/ weak/ loose concrete including concrete around the rusted reinforcement bars upto required depth by low impact high frequency hammer/ chipper without damaging the sound concrete, in straight line geometrical forms, grooving the edges with grinder upto 5 -10 mm depth without damaging existing rebars, carefully removing and stacking of debris at prescribed location as directed, disposing off the debris outside the MoD land complete all as per manufacturer's instructructions, as specified and as directed. Note: Before demolition/ removing of existing concrete members proper examination of surfaces shall be conducted to identify the loose concrete areas of structural elements by tapping with light hammer without any disturbance to the adjoining sound concrete elements.

M & L for providing and applying Two coats of two components ready to use polymer modified cementitious coating [Aqua Arm Top Guard of SIKA/ Brushbond of FOSROC/ Elasplast ROL 10 Mucis of THERMAX/ Shalicem Abra of STP or equivalent chemical in makes specified herein after in Particular Specifications] on the roof not less than 1.5mm overall thickness over 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 admixed with bonding agent [Aquaarm WP-10 or sika latex SBR of SIKA/ Nitobond SBR Latex of FOSROC/ TM Bond AR of THERMAX/ Shali SBR Latex of STP or equivalent chemical in makes specified herein after in Particular Specifications] including necessary surface preparation of existing concrete surfaces and removal of dust and foriegn materials and cleaning properly complete all as per manufacturer's instructructions, as specified and as directed. Note: First Coat should be applied horizontzlly and second coat should be applied vertically as directed.

S&F in repairs Dial type water level indicator of size 3 feet dia, 15 feet capacity, suitable for overhead reservoirs/ Uner ground sump, Dial made of 22 gauge GI casing, dust proof, finished with 2 coats of Zibcoxide and 2 coats of water proofing paint, with 4 mm thick glass, rubber beading center pointer with locking nylon line including counter weight, SS float etc., including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning the existing rusted reinforcement bars with wire brush/ rotary wire brush to make surface free from rust scales, loose material, dirt, etc. including providing and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer [Sika Rust Off 100 or ReArm Rust Remover of SIKA/ Reebahen SRR of FOSROC/ Maxcure RR of THERMAX/ Shalifix FRM CI of STP or equivalent chemical in makes specified herein after in Particular Specifications] with brush and complete wetting of rusted metal surface and allowed to react for 16-24 hours to form a protective white layer which will protect further corrosion of metal / steel for about 5-7 days complete all as per manufacturer's instructructions, as specified and as directed.

M&L for Drilling Holes of 12mm dia up to 100 mm deep holes in reinforced cement concrete structural members at an interval of 300 mm in staggered manner or along the construction joints & crack lines including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia Non Returnable Valve nozzle compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun including fixing the nozzle with thixotropic epoxy adhesive [SikaDur 31 of SIKA/ Conbextra EP 100 of FOSROC/ Maxflex PU-I of THERMAX/ Shaligrout EI of STP or equivalent chemical in makes specified herein after in Particular Specifications] to ensure complete sealing and allowed for curing for minimum 8 Hrs before Grouting including removing the nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete members and grinding, leveling and finishing the external surfaces after completion of the work etc. complete all as per manufacturer's instructructions, as specified and as directed.
