Taking down ceiling fan, cleaning internally & external and removing defective winding and rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge and weight as per manufactures design and instructions including insulating materials and varnishing of ceiling fans of of size 1200/ 1400mm sweap of any make and re-assembling testing complete and refixing to the location including replacement of flexible copper wire from ceiling rose to ceiling fan complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of complete indoor/outdoor units of 1.5 TR Capacity Split Air conditioner by means of adding, cleaning solution (HCL) or equivalent solution with water all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- The cleaning of the condenser and chillier units shall be done using nylon brushers till the scaling is removed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Top up / Gas charging with refrigerant gas (R-22/32/410) for Air conditioner window type / split type of capacity 1.5 / 2 Ton after vacuuming & leak testing including bracing suction/discharge line and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

De-watering the existing OH Reservior of capacity 5000 Ltrs at 9 mtr staging and cleaning the internal surfaces to remove scales, mud and other foreign materials, applying surfaces with mixture of bleaching powder and water, finally washing with fresh water and treating with one coat of white wash to internal wall and bottom surfaces etc complete for one time, writing in capital letter with black paint as "Cleaned on (date) & next due on (date), letter's height not less than 5cm complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included for the following :- (a)250 gm of bleaching powder to be used for every 10 liter of fresh water. (b)All the inlet/outlet/over flow wash out connection shall be cleaned as rust free and any leakage in joints shall be made good. (c)The water available in the Reservoir shall be bailed out to the nearest open drain available. (d)Any damage caused during cleaning the existing assets shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost. e)Arrangement of necessary Scaffolding is arranged by the contractor at no extra cost.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil, for under ground electric cable, pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling-in, including, spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, in soft /loose soil complete all as specified & directed.
