(i) The contractor shall be responsible for Design of Foundation and all RCC members from qualified Architects/Designers as per CA Conditions and approved by Accepting Officers duly vetted by any of the IITs /Andhra University as provided in the Contract Agreement.

(ii) The architectural drawings enclosed with contract documents are the guidance for designing the structural members. The Plinth Area shall remain same and any minor changes which are technically/functionally required as per user requirement at ground shall be executed by the contractor without any extra cost.

(iii) Cost of any raising of ground/cutting required for fixing MGL and raising of plinth level, the cost of earth work with all connecting works (RCC/Masonry and finishes) as directed shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(iv) Construction of buildings and structures under this schedule shall be commenced on completion of area development. Excavation of foundation shall be reckoned from made up ground level (MGL) as indicated in structural drawings.
