M&L cast iron non return valve rising spindle of 100mm bore as per IS 5312 part 1 PN 1.6 including nuts, bolts including taking out old unserviceable valve complete all as specified & directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type D-2, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including demolishing the existing damaged foundation, provision of necessary form work / brick work where required including necessary foundation joints and finishing fair to the exposed surfaces, complete all as directed.

M&L in replacement of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to the Galvanised iron strip 32x6mm size by means of bolts ,nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 32x6mm GI strip Procter by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm bore incl saddles incl provision of concrete pit in PCC1:2:4 type B-i , using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg /Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle ,excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,charcoal dust and salt light grade GI watering pipe 20 mm bore with funnel and wire mesh and medium grade GI protection pipe 15mm bore 5 Mtr long and GI strip up to main earthing complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch 2009 Part-I all as specified and directed . (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to test point up to length of 7.5 meters length shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item . (ii) GI protection pipe & earthing lead beyond 7.5 meter shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department .

Supply & fix in replacement of GI strip 32x6mm, buried in ground or fixed to wall incl saddles, nuts, bolts, washers etc for loop earthing.

M & L in replacement of CI bend (any type, any radius and angle) tapers any type (striaght bends, increasing or decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch, double branch cross (all socket or socket and spigotted/ flanged), collar, caps and plugs all as specified and suitable for tyton rubber joints upto 150 mm dia bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Fabricate,supply, install, connect, test and commission LT feeder pillar box/panel board/in door type, made out of MS sheet 2.0 mm thick and angle iron frame of size 50x50x6 mm 3 phase, 4 wire, 440 Volts, AC, 50Hz with TPN suitable size aluminium bus bar of capacity 300 Amps with PVC insulated colour code sleeves, mounted horizontally with porcelain insulators complete with volt meter 0-500 volts, Ammeter with CTS & selector switches,back up fuse, indicating lamps with toggle switches duly wired with proper colour code, lugs, gland, thimbles including locking arrngement & suitable foundation / platform required for erecition of LT Panel including taking out old unserviceable LT panel board and earthwork /demolition of concrete complete comprising of the following switch gears :- (a) Supply & Fix MCCB TPN 160 Amps 35 KA - 1 No I/C switch (b) S&F MCCB TP 63 A 25 KA -3 Nos out going feeder (c) M&L MCB DP- 06-20 Amps - 3 Nos (d) S & F soft starter for 11.2 kw pump set incl all connected items as per OEM only. - 3 Nos (e) Voltmeter and Ammeter with selector switch and with CTs -03 Nos (f) Provn of space for two feeder spare (g) M&L single phase preventer for pump sets - 3 No (h) LED indicating lamp set - 03 Nos (j) Change over switch of capacity 100 Amp
