Schedule "A" Part - XI [Miscellaneous Items]

PILE FOUNDATION

Boring for Bored cast in situ 450 mm dia piles up to 30 metres in any strata except hard rock and getting out and disposal of spoil to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM and not exceeding 50 metres using DMC method (Direct mud circulation) all as specified and directed by Engineer- in - Charge

M&L for providing and installing 8mm thick MS liner for bored cast-in-situ concrete piles with stiffeners (as shown in drawing), driving shoe with continuous welding including cutting, bending, welding etc., confirming to Fe 410W Gde E-250 quality BR/B0, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in - Charge. Note: (i) Rate shall be inclusive of cutting the liner at cut off level. The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of cutting, removal and salvage value of the materials obtained. (ii) MS liner shall be driven upto levels as shown in foundation design drawings.

Chipping out Pile upto Cut off level including initial load disposal upto a distance of 50 metres, all as specified and directed.

Carrying out initial load testing on 450mm dia piles of following test all as per IS complete all as specified and as directed including necessary anchoring and support piles of suitable load/size to be casted as required. (a) Compression test

(b) Pull out test

(c) Lateral test

Carrying out routine load testing on 450mm dia piles of following test all as per IS complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Compression test

(b) Pull out test

(c) Lateral test

Carrying out 450mm dia pile integrity testing all as per IS, complete all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

M&L for GI bracket made out of Galvanised Iron tubing 32mm bore "light grade" to the required shape,1.5m long fixed with 02 Sets of flat iron clam of size 25mm x 5mm, bolts, nuts and washers of suitable size, with and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (approved shade/colour) over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level] with top edge of plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level connected to 4mm GI wire by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of GI and GI pipe 15 mm "Medium Grade" for earthing lead protection to the extent of maximum 7.5m, Earth Plate Electrode surrounded by 150mm thick packed layers of Charcoal and Common Salt filled in alternate layers, connected to the plate by means of GI Bolts & Nuts complete all as per Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I, connected to panel / DB including testing on completion including main earthing, Charcoal, Common Salt, PCC [1:2:4, Type B1] Pit with RCC 1:2:4, Type B1 Cover, 50 mm thick with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia TMT bars in both ways, MS frame made with 40 X 40 X 6 mm Angle Iron, MS Funnel with 20 mm bore, medium grade GI Watering pipe, wire mesh, earth work excavation, return filling, removal of surplus soil etc. complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL M&L for 180mm (Outer Dia)/163mm (inner Dia) Sewage Double wall Corrugated (DWC) SN 4 Class drain pipe Grade "A", complete all as specified and directed

ROAD/PATH/CULVERT M&L for preparation of new concrete surfaces and applying two coats of chlorinated rubbrized paint over a coat of primer for continuous/interrupted lines with special road painting machine and dashes, arrows, letters etc., painting with manually to achieve required finishes, all as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed
