The values mentioned for eligibility requirements are: 1. 15% margin of purchase preference/price band defined in the relevant policy for MSE sellers. 2. 25% percentage of total quantity for contract award to MSE sellers if L-1 is not an MSE. 3. 20% price band for Non-MII L-1.
