The values mentioned are: 1. Rs 10 Crore (bid value threshold for local content certification). 2. 30% (Past Performance). The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender is: 1. Statutory auditor or cost auditor certification for local content declaration (if bid value is more than Rs 10 Crore). 2. Practicing cost accountant or chartered accountant certification for local content declaration (if bid value is more than Rs 10 Crore and the OEM is not a company). 3. Authority certificate from the OEM (for non-OEM bidders). 4. Certified Audited Balance Sheets, certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant, and copies of relevant contracts.
