The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder must have relevant experience, and in case of exemption, supporting documents must be uploaded for evaluation. The bidder should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 10% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for 1 year before the bid opening date. The bidder should have 1 Year of past experience required for same/similar service. 2. Past Performance: The bidder's past performance is considered, with a weightage of 10%. The bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 10% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: * Past Performance: 10% * Residual market life of the product: at least 7 years * 10% of bid quantity * 3 Financial years * 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract * 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender include: * Certificate (Requested in ATC) * OEM Authorization Certificate * IPv6 readiness certificate * Malicious Code Certificate * OEM certification * Udyam Registration (for Micro and Small Enterprises)
