Providing 15 mm thick plaster with CM (1:4) to walls at all heights and ceilings, beams, Stair-case, lintel soffits, chajjas, projections, narrow bands and widths etc., including cost of all materials, tools, plant and labour, scaffolding arrangements and curing all as per specifications and directions of the engineer.

Provide and place in position micro concrete (M-40) which shall be cement based prepacked component such as Rendrock - RG of fosroc make or equivalent mixed with 6mm size coarse aggregate in specified percentage by weight subjecting to the maximum of 50% as dtrected by the engineer incharge including mixing with suitable and approved mixing machine, pumping of concrete under pressure where ever required to ensure that the concrete laid for encasement is dense, properly compacted, free from honey combs, and necessary scafolding as directed by the engineer in charge.

Drilling of 12mm to 25 mm dia,200mm deep holes into the stone masonry wall/RCC structures/ slab etc., using mechanically operated hammer drilled diamond core cutting machine including grouting LOCK FIX or FOSROC make or its equivalent comlete all as directed.

Supply and fix a new RCC Jalli on wall surfaces after removing the old damaged RCC jalli and dispose the unserviceble materials to a lead of 500M etc., complete

Apply two coats of premium quality weather proofing arcylic Exterior emulsion paint over a one coat of primer, reqired shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (apex ultima), Berger (All guard) where ever specified by Engineer after through scrapping & cleaning of old surface including necessary scaffolding etc., complete

Providing Two(2) coats of white washing with suryacem / Hitech gold to ceiling surfaces after through scrapping, sand papering and cleaning the surface to give even shade etc., complete all as directed.

Providing two(2) coats of synthetic enamel paint for doors and windows, M.S Poles, Angles etc., (after removing the rust by using wire brush or sand paper if required) of approved brand (Asian / Berger / Nerolac) and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on old work including applying putty and prime coat complete all as directed

Drainage cleaning, removal of vegetation, silt and all types of rubbish from drain and complete all work as directed by Engineer In Charge. Disposal of same outside HSL.

Cutting of trees branches of the girth upto 60 cm and Shift & handed over the useful materials to disposal section in the Yard etc., complete all as directed.

Supply and providing HYSD bar reinforcement of Fe-500 grade of approved make SAIL / RINL / TISCO or equivalent make including transportation, straightning, cutting, bending and binding with annealed binding wire of 18 gauge (1.22mm dia) complete all labour and material etc., complete all as directed

Providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 nominal mix using 20 mm graded crushed granite aggregate including mixing, depositing in position, tampering, finishing, curing including all materials & labour in flooring and top of roof level for fixing of wooden members and levelling course etc., complete all as directed.

Cleaning of 110 mm / 4 Inch dia rain water downtake pipes with chemical, including clamps, bends, shoes and required drain traps/ filters complete

Supply and Providing Nito Bond SBR of Fosroc make as per manufacturer instructions and suggested mix proportions at required places as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and Providing AR of Fosroc make as per manufacturer instructions and suggested mix proportions at required places as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Demolishing Brick work / RR Masonry work (Wall railing, brick work in steps including tiles, RR wall at entrance) manually / by mechanical means in all heights including stacking & handing over of useful materials if any to YCM dept., etc., complete all as directed.

Disposal of debries, surplus earth, wooden scrap, garbage and rubbish outside the HSL premises to private dumping yard up to 20Km lead (not to dump in HSL colony dumping area & surrounding areas) it is the responsibility of the firm to ensure no objection shall be raised by Muncipal authorities / from any body. If any dispute arises the agency has to sort out at their own risk etc., complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing anodized extruded aluminium doors, windows & ventilators (single or double shutter), doors and partitions (single or double shutter) part pannelled and part glazed with pre-laminated flat pressed 12mm thick particle board (NOVAPAN, ECOBOARD etc) of approved colour & make. Aluminium sections shall be powder coated with approved colour including aluminium powder coated (50 Microns) frame conforming to IS:1948, IS:1949 fabricated from extruded sections of INDAL / JINDAL or approved equivalent make having minimum 2mm wall thickness for windows & ventilators and 3mm wall thickness for doors & partitions as per IS:1285, IS:733 and electro color coating of 15 microns thickness. Glazing shall be clear float glass of 5.5mm thickness of approved make SaintGobin / Modifloat including sanp fit type beading, concealed screws, fixtures (like tower bolts, hold fast, handles both sides, door stoppers with rubber shoes, 'L'drops, stays, floor springs, hydralic door closers etc) lokcing arrangement for windows, Godrej make mortice lock with 3 no keys for each door, C.P.brass / staineless steel screws, providing and fixing hinges / pivots, and making provisions for fixing of fittings where ever required including cost of PVC / neoprene gasket fits all complete with necessary fillingup of gaps at the junctions, at top, bottom and sides etc., complete. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required.

Construction of Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (Non-Modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand) including cost of cement (PPC - Ramco) and all materials etc., complete.

Apply two coats of premium quality arcylic Interior emulsion paint over a one coat of primer, reqired shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (Royal shine), Berger (silky luxury) where ever specified by Engineer including necessary scaffolding etc., complete. (Rate includes removal of old paint with Buffing machine)
