Providing and Laying water proofing treatment consisting of (i) Removal of existing damaged membrane and through cleaning of existing RCC roof slab and dispose the same to outside the yard. (ii) Providing and laying cement plaster in CM 1:6 (where ever required to cover the undulation of slab surface) duly admixed with sika plastocrete super @0.2% by weight of cement, over a bond coat of sika latex cement slurry to make the surface smooth and even. (iii) Application of priming coat compatible bituminous pimer Sika WP shied primer W @0 300 Kg as per sqm over the cleaned and prepered roof surface complete as per satisfacton of the engeer in - charge. and filling of cracks with Cebex 100 by providing pressure grounting. (iv) Providing and laying STP (Shalimar) or Sika atactic polypropylene polymer (APP) modified five layer prefabricated waterproofing membrane with thermal fusible properties on both side and having minimum thickness of 3.0mm and unit weight not less than 4.0kg /sqm reinforced with non woven spun bonded troch and sealing all joints properly ,leaving no bare edge or end ofAPP membrane and finishing the surface with trowel of other wise to obtain a unifrom surface the minimum size side lap and end lap shall be kept at 75mm and 100 mm respectively the membrane shall be laid over a coat of bituminous primer @0.300kg /lit per sqm made by the same membrane manufactualy after necessry surface prepartory work such as cleaning the surface thoroughly ,shaping mounths of out lets including cutting grooves (50mmx50mm) in parapet and inserting edge of membrane and mending good damages by sand cement mortar (1:4)and shall be finished in all respect as per directon of engineer -in -charge. (v) Applying two coats of aluminium painting.

Providing 12 mm thick plaster with CM (1:4) to walls at all heights like Roof beams, lintel soffits, chajjas, and water tank pedestals etc., including cost of all materials, tools, plant and labour, scaffolding arrangements and curing all as per specifications and directions of the engineer.

Construction of Brick work for water tank pedestals with red brick / Fly ash F.P.S (Non-Modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) including cost of cement (PPC - Ramco) and all materials etc., all complete as directed by Engineer In charge.
