SUPPLY AND APPLICATION TWO COAT HIGH TEMPERATURE PAINT Supply and Application of two coats of F-12@20-25 Micron DFT/coat for High temperature heat resistance painting of DG & FW engines exhaust pipes (1000 DEG C). ALL works to be carried out as per Including Cleaning, Removal of Rust and Removal of Old paint as per TSAC requirements. DFT measurement is in the scope of contractor. SUPPLY AND APPLICATION PAINT OF FIRE WATER MAIN TANKS Supply and Application of two coats of Epoxy Zinc phosphate primer(DFT 40 microns per coat) with complete removal of old paints of rusted surfaces inside of fire water steel tank by copper slag blasting as per Swedish standard SIS 05-5900 and removal of old paints & rust on outside of fire water steel tank. Supply and Application of One coat (DFT 75-100 Microns per coat) of Intermediate Rust inhibitor paint of High Build Epoxy Coating Re-inforced with Micaceous Iron Oxide(MIO).Supply and Application of Two Coats (DFT 30-40 Micron per coat) of PU finish paint of Acrylic polyurethane finish paint. Two tanks of height 9.5 mtr each. Scaffolding to be arranged by contractor at all heights and it is in the scope of contractor. DFT measurement is in the scope of contractor. Detail specifications as per the scope of work & SCC
