The ECOR has issued a formal invitation for competitive bids for the East Coast Railway project, for Disposal Of Surplus Diesel Locomotive No. 13085 Wdg3a Of Diesel Loco Shed, Visakhapatnam. The Age Of The Said Loco Is 18 Years And 05 Months Completed As On Oct'2022, Last Poh On 26.12.2019 And Loco Is In Working Condition. (1) Complete Loco Will Be Sold On As Is Where Is Basis. Byer Should Inspect The Loco Before Bidding.(2) Hsd Oil, Lube Oil & Other Oil Etc If Found Either To Be Returned To Railways Or An Amount Equivalent To The Cost As Advised By Sr. Dme/d/dls/vskp To Be Remitted To The Railways. (3) The Buyer If So Desires Can Get The Locomotive Serviced Overhauled In The Diesel Shed On Payment. Such Repair Will Be Carried Out Only After The Locomotive Has Bene Sold To Buyer And Sale Proceeds Have Been Received, The Cost Of Such Repair Will Be Worked Out By Sr. Dme/d/dls/vskp In Consolation With Associate Finance. (4) The Delivery Point Will Be Diesel Loco Shed, Visakhapatnam, However Loco May Be Hauled To Nearest Feasible Railway Station On Indian Railways Of Buyers Choice On Payment Of Haulage Charges As Per Rb Rates Circular No. 7 Of 2022 Dated17.03.2022 As Modified From Time To Time. in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
