Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed Windows comprising of uPVC multi- chambered frame with in-built roller track andsash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanizedmild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension uPVCextruded glazing beads, uPVC extruded interlock and uPVC extrudedInline sash adaptor (if required), EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy(white powder coated) handle with key on one side of extreme panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmissiongear with keeps, zinc alloy (white powder coated) cresent lock (ifrequired), stainless steel (SS 304 grade) body with adjustable doublenylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 120 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steelscrews etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion weldedat all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainageof water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backerrod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approveddrawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge inclusive of cost of Single / double glass panes,wire mesh and silicon sealent . Masonry work in CM (1:8) prop with Flyash Cement solid blocks of size 290 x 225 x 140 mm for manufacturing of flyash solid blocks using flyash of 80 kgs, cement of 15 kgs, Gypsum of 5 kgs and stone dust including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding and curing etc., complete with a compressive strength not less than 50 kg/sqm for walls for Superstructure walls.

Plastering with CM (1:5), 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete for walls.

Supplying, fitting and placing MS grilled door, windows including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete.

Flooring with Vitrified tiles of 1st quality, set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8), 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC Roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost of all materials like cement, sand, water and tiles etc., complete for finished item of work.

Flooring with Non-skid red or white full body Ceramic floor tiles of size 300mm x 300mm and thickness between 7-8 mm and 1st quality, set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8), 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC Roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost of all materials like cement, sand, water and tiles etc., complete for finished item of work.

Dadooing to walls with glazed red or white full body ceramic wall tiles of size 200 x 300 mm and thickness between 6-8 mm 1st quality, set over base coat of CM (1:3) 12 mm thick with cement slurry of honey like consistency spread at the rate of 3.30 kgs per sqm and jointed with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost of all materials like tiles, cement, sand and water etc., complete for finished item of work.

Painting to new walls with Two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade over a base coat of approved cement primer grade I making Three coats in all to give an even shade after thouroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS911 for internal walls in GF

Painting to new walls with Two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade over a base coat of approved cement primer grade I making Three coats in all to give an even shade after thouroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS911 for external walls in GF. Supply and fixing of 25mm dia 1.80mm thick P.V.C. pipe (ISI Mark) concealed in wall with all required accessories including masonary work and labour charges etc., complete, including over heads and contractors profit but excluding seigniorage charges and GST for finished item of work
