Supply and installation of new Sprinkler system over Ammonia receivers (4 Nos). The work involves supply & errection of 5 KL PVC water tank exlusively for sprinkler system with foundation work, Supply & errection of 2" UPVC/ASTM/GI Pipe (as directed at different places as per site conditions) from water tank to receivers & 1" UPVC/ASTM/GI pipe (as directed at different places as per site conditions) on top of receivers along with necessary fittings/ Valves and 1/2" Nozzles. The Sprinkler System should work with head pressure. Necessary support should be provided for pipes with clamps & necessary miscellaneous materials.The agency is requested to ascertain the work at site before quotating and nothing will be paid extra during execution. The rate should be quotated for complete work and should be executed as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site

Civil and fabrication works to correct the heavy weight and specialised freezing room panel doors including necessary civil works , fabrication and Frame work, making good to surroundig supporting elements and accessories, walls etc , Strengthen the wooden frames with M.S Plates and rods/pipes , replacement of the old door beedings with new beedings, removing , stacking and refixing of whole door, making good to floor with necessary civil works all etc complete as per directed based on site conditions.The agency is requested to ascertain the work at site before quotating and nothing will be paid extra during execution.

4Each--

Civil and fabrication works at CS Plant Power panel board area, Compressor motors starters area, Sashmi plant panel board panel board front side having 'L' shaped trench area including providing and fixing 15 m length M.S platform , execute necessary civil works wherever required including fabrication and Frame work, making good to surroundigs floor and wall areas etc complete. The work also includes shiting of CS Plant control unit 1.5 ft from present position including all allied works for the same as per site conditions.The agency is requested to ascertain the work at site before quotating and nothing will be paid extra during execution.
