Drip irrigation with green grass development of 1 m width on both sides of the planted tree for already transplanted trees. The item also includes: - Providing proper support after transplantation and taking care of the transplanted trees with watering ( water to be supplied by vendor) etc for their proper growth and submitting report to the Tree officer about the condition of trees after Six months of transplantation as per guidelines. - Supply of good quality soil and farm yard manure including watering (water to be supplied by vendor) free from grass roots, weeds, stones, pebbles etc, at the site as per direction of Tree Officials. - Pruning of the tree branches, disposing and clearing of site etc. all as required. The entire work is to be carried out in coordination/approval with Architect / concerned Tree Officials/APPCB statuatory Authority. The scope of work includes all post-transplantation care of trees as described above.

Grassing with selection No.1 grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn, free from weeds and fit for mowing including supplying good earth if needed (the good earth shall be paid for separately).

Earthwork: Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains or land development including dressing of sides & ramming of bottoms, lift, including removal of the excavated soil, providing shoring, strutting, dewatering as required & disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within or outside the site at an unobjectionable place. Note: a. Payment shall be restricted to PCC lines only for building works. b. Tenderers to note that initial & final level survey shall be undertaken jointly by the Contractor &/or representatives with IOC Site Engineer for calculation of earth volume using Simpson's Rule in case of land development/ cutting works. c. Tenderers to note that the scope of works inlcude provision of permanent & temporary bench marks (RCC pedestal of size 300 mm x 300 mm approx with necessary base plate) for land development/ cutting works as per the instructions of the Site-in-charge.

Note: Compaction under plinth should be done with plate or other vibrator as per direction of EIC.

Supply & filling imported earth of approved quality, in plot, trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth each deposited layer by ramming and watering. Item includes compaction using Vibratory Roller of 8 to 10 ton capacity for earth work in under optimum moisture conditions to give at least 95% of the maximum dry density (Proctor Density). Note: a. Tenderer to note that initial & final level survey shall be undertaken jointly by the Contractor &/or representatives with IOC Site Engineer. b. Plain & Reinforced Concrete Works (PCC/RCC): Providing and laying in position, machine batched, machine mixed design mix of specific grade of cement concrete for plain / reinforced cement concrete work, using cement as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying (if required) but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. Item includes Admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete,improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Site Engineer. (Minimum Cement content shall be as specified for individual grade of Concrete. Less cement used as per design mix (if any) will be recoverable separately. No extra payment against extra cement if used shall be payable. Note: a. For production of Concrete , Batching Plant will be supplied by B&R. B&R will provide Transit Mixer, Concrete Pump & Hydra for transportation fresh concrete to pouring point. All Manpower for running Mechineries (except Batching Plant) and its Maintanance in Contractor's scope. Fuel for running mechineries will be in Contracor's scope. b. Contractor shall be permitted to convert design mix of concrete to be arrived at based on laboratory testing into suitable volumetric mix in to order to achieve required design strength. c. All materials like Aggregate, cement, admixure, Water etc. and its testing as per Engineer-in-charge will be in Contracor's scope.Handling of material in Batching Plant in Contractor's scope.

d. Hacking of exposed surface of green concrete (wherever applicable) as Key to plaster shall be done at no extra cost to IOC. Item rate is inclusive of necessary surface finishes like broom/ rough finish as per the scope of works & directions of Site- Incharge. e. Curing of concrete inlcuding supplying & providing water & Compaction shall be part of the rates. f. Item to be operated for all types of floors, footings, beams, columns, copings, pipe/ drain culverts, Cable tunnel or other concrete structures as required at site at all levels. Payment shall be made as per drawing dimensions. g. Item rate is inclusive of Submitting Design Mix reports & test reports from Govt Engg Colleges/Universities as per the directions of the Site Engineer.

Providing weep holes using PVC pipe of 75 mm dia (6 kg/sqcm) at regular intervals, inlcuding providing pebbles & sand packing/mesh for draining seepage water & as per directions at site.

Supply of Reinforcement for RCC including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position & binding all complete at all levels using Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) Bars Fe 500 grade,Conforming to IS1786. Note: a. Rate includes the cost of binding wire, laps, chairs & spacer bars which shall not be measured for the purpose of payment. b. Reinforcement shall range from 6 mm dia to 32 mm dia as per drawings. c. Rate also inlcudes providing necessary cover blocks in CM 1:2 as per required thickness & as per drawings.

BRICKWORK

Brick work with F.P.S. (non modular) clay fly ash bricks class designation 7.5 conforming to IS: 12894 in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in superstructure ABOVE PLINTH AND UP TO FLOOR V LEVEL

Half brick masonry (115 mm thick) with F.P.S. (non modular) clay fly ash bricks class designation 5.0 in Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) IN superstructure ABOVE PLINTH & UP TO FLOOR V LEVEL inlcuding providing and placing in position 2 Nos. 6mm dia. M.S. bars, including providing 75mm thk. horizontal band in CC mix 1:2:4 at every third course of half brick masonry.

STONE PITCHING:stone pitching 225 mm thick including supply of stones and with raised & cut pointing with cement mortar 1:3 and preparing surface complete.

Plastering & Finishing Note: a. Rate is inclusive of curing of plaster including supplying & providing water, scaffolding as required & associated labour. Providing and laying cement plaster on surfaces with Coarse/ Fine sand (as applicable) including curing, scaffolding etc.

Structural steel work in all sections fixed with or without connecting plate including bolts, cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and including Surface preparationof the structures as per SA 2.5 & painting the same with 2 coats of P3 primer, and 2 coats of F6 finish paint of approved colour and shade as per enclosed specifications & as per site direction.

Structural steel work in built up sections/ framed work in gratings, frames,guard bar,ladder,railing,gates and similar works including cutting,hoisting,fixing inposition & applying a priming coat of approved steel primer wtc. As required.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600mm dia 10metre openable length(total length 90m) having 50 nos. rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with angle iron 'X' shaped placed 3.00 m apart and with 6 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron all complete as per direction of Site In-Charge with reinforced barbed tape (RBT)/ Spring core(2.5mm thick)wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478gm/metre. (cost of M.S. angle, C.C.blocks shall be paid separately)

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with Vibratory road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm. depth dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth within premises.

Providing & laying 100mm thick factory made Pre-cast cement concrete interlocking paver block of M 40 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction & of approved size and design/ shape /shade and as per IOCL's specifications. The paver block will have peripheral chamfer,with average crushing strength more than 40 N/Sq.mm as/ BS6717 Part -1(1986), maximum water absorption of 2% after 10 minutes and 5% after 24 hrs. as per BS 1881, maximum dimensional deviations of +/- 2mm on length & width and +/- 3mm on on thickness. The job includes supplying & laying a layer of 50mm thick clean course sand on thoroughly compacted sub-base below the paver blocks, cutting the paver blocks wherever required with hydraulic splitter, filling in the joints at the edges of paver blocks with sand,compacting with machine vibrator to required line and level, etc. complete.(Payment for provision of edge restraints shall be made separately);- Grey or Coloured 100mm thick paver blocks.

Providing & laying 80mm thick factory made Lacquered finish Grey/ Coloured Pre-cast cement concrete, interlocking paver block of M 40 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction & of approved size and design/ shape ,shade and manufacturers and as per IOCL's specifications. The paver blocks shall have peripheral chamfer, with average crushing strength than 40 N/Sq.mm as per IS15658 maximum water absorption of 2% after 10 minutes and 5% after 24 hrs. as per BS 1881, maximum dimensional deviations of +/- 2mm on length & width and +/- 3mm on thickness. The job includes supplying & laying a layer of 50mm thick clean course sand on thoroughly compacted sub-base below the paver blocks, cutting the paver blocks wherever required with hydraulic splitter, filling in the joints at the edges of paver blocks with sand,compacting with machine vibrator to required line and level, etc. complete .(Payment for provision of edge restraints shall be made separately)

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of up to 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, aying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber,Vacumm dewatering, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints ( 10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, painting for consruction joint etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Item of joint fillers & sealants for expansion joint, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately). Item also includes provision of hardners. Note:- Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 340 kg/cum. Less cement used as per design mix is recoverable separately. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to .075 mm) (in layers of not more than 150 mm ) wet mix macadam (WMM) specifications including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads and lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 ton capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and making expansion joint 25 mm wide including supplying & providing 25 mm thick bitumen impregnated fiber board (Shalitex of M/s.Shalimar or approved equivalent). The top 15mm of the joint shall be cleaned and filled with putty sealing compound (M/s.Fosroc - NITOFLOR FC 140 / Pidilite or equivalent) including cleaning, providing 32 mm dia Dowel bar with 40 mm Dia, 150 long G.I. pipe (Heavy Duty) with cap & filled with cotton waste etc complete as per drawings and as per directions of the site engineer. Note: a. The joint & the fiber board shall be for the entire depth of the concrete slab

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment) (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Separation Membrane of impermeable plastic sheeting 125 micron thick sqm 12.00

Demolishing C.C. /R.C.C. work by mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material separately including cutting reinforcement bars.
