Leak proof, repairs, face lifting and construction of Compound wall to Hostel Office college of engi;Providing Gyp board false ceiling (GS-MFSC-4.1 as per India gypsum) using with 12.5 mm thick Gyp boards conforming to IS 2095-1982 fixing to Gyp steel (saint gobain) GI perimeter channels of size 20mmx27mm30mm (web00 of 0.5 mm thick along the perimeter of the ceiling fixing with screws at 610 mm c/c and intermediate channels 945 mmx15mmx0.90mm) and ceiling angles (25mmx10mmx0.50mm) fixing with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners and connecting clips to the ceiling channels and fixing 12.5 mm tapered edge Gyp board (Saint Gobain) with 25 mm dry wall screws (Saint Gobain) at 230mm c/c and jointing and finishing using joint compound and paper tape to have a flush look including filling the tapered and square edges with jointing compound etc., complete as directed . Leak proof, repairs, face lifting and construction of Compound wall to Hostel Office college of engi;Plastic emulsion Painting to walls and ceilings etc with two coats over one coat of cement primer paint and two coats of putty of approved brand and shade to interior and exterior surfaces to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materiel, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental ,labour charges etc complete for finished items of work as per SS 912 etc complete as directed.
