Proposed construction of new portico for engineering hostel block no. I II III IV and VI (five block;Vibrated Reinforced cement concrete nominal Mix as per table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm (60%)and 12 mm (40%) size (SS 5) hard granite machine crushed graded metal from approved quarry, including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand), coarse aggregate, water etc.., to site and cost of seignior age charges on all materials including centering, shuttering and scaffolding with props and steel plate as per the approved shuttering plan, machine mixing, laying concrete, lift charges, vibrating with mechanical vibrator , curing and removal of centering etc. but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work for columns in ground floor with steel centering , shuttering etc complete as directed. Proposed construction of new portico for engineering hostel block no. I II III IV and VI (five block;Filling with useful available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T& P etc.., complete for finished item of work .(APDSS NO.309 & 310)

I II III IV and VI (five block;Fly ash brick Masonry work in CM (1:6) prop, with fly ash cement solid blocks of size 290 X 225 X 140 mm for manufacturing of fly ash solid blocks using fly ash 80kgs, cement 15 kgs , gypsum 5 kgs. and stone dust including cost and conveyance of all materials, lab our charges, seignior age charges, scaffolding and curing etc.., complete with a compressive strength not less then 50kg/sqcm for walls for superstructure 14 CM thick walls etc complete as directed in ground floor APDSS 501,504

Proposed construction of new portico for engineering hostel block no. I II III IV and VI (five block;Providing chequered terrazzo tiles of 22 mm thick set over a base coat of CM (1:8) 12 mm thick over cc bed already laid including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @3.3 Kg per sqm and jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade including cost of all materials like cement, sand, water, tiles etc complete including seignior age charges etc for finished item of work

Proposed construction of new portico for engineering hostel block no. I II III IV and VI (five block;Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surfaces to required slopes with CM(1:3) prop. 20 mm thick (average) mixing with water proofing compound from reputed manufactures as approved by engineer-in-charge at 1 kg/bag of cement laid over roof slab when it is green finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement and thread lining at regular intervals of 45cmx45cm including cost and conveyance of materials like cement, sand ,water proofing compound etc., to site , cost of seignior age charges and all taxes on all materials and operational , incidental , and labour charges for mixing mortar , laying , lift curing ,rendering smooth and thread lining, curing including rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc., complete for finished item of work ( APSS NO. 901 &903)

Proposed construction of new portico for engineering hostel block no. I II III IV and VI (five block;Plastic emulsion Painting to new walls with two coats of paint of approved brand shade over a basecoat of approved cement primer grade I making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materiel, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges et complete for finished items of work for internal and external walls for finished item of work for exrtnal walls etc complete as directed.
