Construction of second floor for classrooms and seminar hall over existing first floo;Vibrated Reinforced cement concrete M30 Design Mixas per table 9 of is 456 using 20 mm size (SS5) hard granite machine crushed graded metal from approved quarry, including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand), coarse aggregate, water etc.., to site and cost of seignior age charges on all materials including centering, shuttering and scaffolding with props and steel plate as per the approved shuttering plan, machine mixing, laying concrete, vibrating, lift charges, curing etc.., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work for in beams in Second floor including centering excluding steel atc complete as directed.

Construction of second floor for classrooms and seminar hall over existing first floo;Fly ash Masonry work in cm (1:6) prop, with fly ash cement solid blocks of size 290 X 225 X 140 mm for manufacturing of fly ash solid blocks using fly ash of 80kgs, cement of 15 kgs .gypsum of 5 kgs. And stone dust including cost and conveyance of all materials, lab our charges, seignior age charges, scaffolding and curing etc.., complete with a compressive strength not less then 50 kg/sqm for walls for superstructure in Second floor etc complete as directed for 0.23 m thick walls.

Construction of second floor for classrooms and seminar hall over existing first floo;Supplying and fixing in position Teak wood doors with 35 mm thick flush shutters with necessary aluminum furniture locking arrangements and fixing the frame in to the masonry with Z hold fasts etc complete as directed .in SF.

Construction of second floor for classrooms and seminar hall over existing first floo;Supplying and fixing in position of Aluminum Glazed sliding windows with two track extruded built up section of standard tubular and other sections of wall thickness of not less than 105 mm of approved make and weight and 5 mm thick glass fixed to two sliding shutters stainless steel screws and outer frame having drainage system (gutter section) at bottom fixed to wall fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/Neoprene, Felts/Polysulphide sealant / Silicon sealent including self locking handle, nylon sliding wheel. The outer frame filed into the wall has to be sealed with periphery sealant of dow coring/ mementos / wackar etc make to avoid further leakage due to rains. (Alluminium with ISI mark- Zindal make) etc complete in SF.

Construction of second floor for classrooms and seminar hall over existing first floo;Flooring with vitrified tiles , 1st quality and size approved by the engineer- in charge, set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8) , 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab , including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @3.3 kgs/m2 & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost of all materials like cement , sand , water etc complete including seignior age charges etc., complete for finished item of work . (APSS NO 701 & 707) in Second floor.

Construction of second floor for classrooms and seminar hall over existing first floo;Plastic emulsion Painting to new walls with 2 coats of paint of approved brand shade over a basecoat of approved cement primer grade I making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materiel, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges et complete for finished items of work as per SS 912 for internal and external walls for finished item of work etc complete as directed.

Construction of second floor for classrooms and seminar hall over existing first floo;Supplying and fixing in position stainless steel hand, railing using A ISI 304 grade top rail with 50 mm Dia 2" pipe 16 gauge vertical with 38 mm dia pipe 1" and 2 Nos of horizontal pipes 25 mm dia pipe and stainless steel rod pins and stainless steel rod pins male and female and cutting holes in the granite with diamond edge blade and fixing with vertical pipes with lock seal of (fosroc India) fixed with 20 mm MS rod with 6 mm thick MS flat covered with SS Caps. The finish of the railing is mirror finish..
