Providing, laying & consolidation 50mm thick Bituminous macadam with 40-60 TPH Batch mix HMP producing average output of 37.5 tonnes per hour using grade II crushed aggregate to the specified camber on prepared surface premixed with 80/100 grade bitumen binder @ 3.30% by weight of mix for base/binding course including F.E.Loader and hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material in tippers to paver and laying the mix using 100 TPH Mechanical paver finisher to the required levels, grade and alignment consolidating surface using vibratory roller, power roller of 8-10 T capacity and tandem roller to achieve desired density including hire and operational charges of all T&P, cost and conveyance of all materials,all taxes, Seigniorage charges, labour charges for all excluding cost of tack coat for finished item of work MORTH Spfn No: 504

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion (RS1) (Bulk) using Emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kgs per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 503 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying & consolidation 25mm thick semi dense bituminous concrete on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregate grade II and 60/70 grade bitumen binder @ 5.0% of weight of mix for wearing course including loading aggregates with F.E.loader,heating & mixing the aggregate and binder in 40 - 60 TPH Capacity hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material with tipper and laying with 100TPH capacity Mechanical Paver Finisher to the required level, rolling with vibratory roller, power roller of 8 to 10 Tones capacity and tandem roller to achieve the desired density including hire and operational charges of all T & P all taxes, cost and conveyance of all materials,taxes, Seigniorage charges, labour charges for all operations, diversion of traffic,etc.,complete for finished item of work MORTH Spfn No: 508

DUST filling in foundation including cost and conveyence of all materials to site and watering, tamping etc., complete for finshed item of work as per MoRT&H specification 304 (5th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing Vibrated Cement Concrete (1:4:8) mix using 40mm size HBG crushed stone aggregate and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2 of MoRT&H including cost, conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, centering, machine mixing, laying, Vibrating, curing etc., including all other incidental and operational charges of all T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 1500,1700, 2100 (5th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for base coarse below CC Pavement.

Vibrated reinforced cement concrete M 20 grade using 20mm & 10mm HBG crushed stone aggregate (Coarse aggregate conforming to table 1000-1 and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2) including cost, conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, centering, machine mixing, laying, vibrating, curing etc., including other incidental hire and operational charges of all T&P as per approved drawings and as directed during execution but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item as per MoRT&H specification 1500,1600,1700 & 2100 (5th revision ) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for for foundations

Providing HYSD bars ( Fe-500 ) of different diameters, wrought and put up bars of all diameters including cost and conveyance of steel to site and all labour charges for fabrication of reinforcement including cutting, bending, binding rods, tying grills, placing them in position etc., complete including cost and conveyance of binding wire and all handling charges and operational charges etc., and including over lapping welding if required etc., complete for all R.C.C items for finished item of work as per standard drawings, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification 1600 & 2200 (5th revision) and as per I.S.1786 of 1985 for Sub structure of R.C.C items

Note: The rates mentioned in Schedule "A" are including overhead charges & Contractors profit for Civil works.The overhead charges includes Labour Amenitites and Labour importation / Compensation / Site Supervision / Quality Control charges and Bankers Charges etc., Hence the contractors quoted percentage is inclusive of all the above including Technical persons and work insurance and no reimbursement for these will be made.The rates given in Schedule 'A' are exclusive of GST and Seigniorage charges.
