The rates mentioned in schedule 'A' are including overhead charges & Contractors Profit. The overhead charges includes Labour Amenitites and Labour Importation / Compensation / Site Supervision / Quality Control Charges and Bankers Charges, etc. Hence the contractors quoted percentage is inclusive of all the above including Technical persons and work insurance and no reimbursement for these will be made. The rates given in Schedule 'A' are exclusive of GST and Seigniorage charges.
