Whiting to new walls and ceiling in two coats with White cement or equavalent quality to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all loose powdered materials including cost and conveyance of all materials and water to site, sales & other taxes, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as cleaning the surface, painting, curing etc., complete for finished item of work for internal walls. Painting to old walls with two coats of acrylic emulsion paint having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter of superior quality of approved brand and shade over base coat of cement primer grade -I making three coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials, cost of brushes, water to site, etc., sales & other taxes, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as scaffolding charges, lift charges, curing etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors for Walls.(APSS No. 911) in All Floors INTERNAL

Filling with Gravel in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyence of water to the work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, seignorage charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work. Supply and fixing of door with frames fabricated from sectionsmade of galavanized steel powder coated (base steel as per IS 513, galavanized as per IS 277 with Zinc of 120 grams/ square metre). The factory made section should be with a powder coating of pure polyester powder of 50-60 microns thick with total coated thickness of 1.25m, size of door frame section should be of 105mmx60mm with a rebate of 33mm to accommodate 30mm thick door shutter.
